Josh went out of his way to help me. The manufactuare kept giving him excuses and not doing what they said so he stayed on them till it was resolved and then he came to my house so I wouldn't have to come back to town. Some times it takes him a while to get back to you but he always take care of you. He is a great guy.

When Joshua came and serviced my hearing aids and then he carefully removed wax from each ear. I never was able to hear better. Previous hearing centers didn't do wax cleaning well. I will definitely stay with Heritage.
