I called Dr. Guerra office to see up an appointment with him to have a hearing test done, so I go to my appointment for my hearing test, an I was nervous because I knew my hearing in my right ear was bad, but when I got my results from Dr. G both of my ears were bad that I would have to wear hearing aids in both ears, but awesome Dr. G has blessed me with hearing aids, so I can hear again. This was my first set of hearing aids so I was a little apprehensive. Josh explained the results of my test and made his recommendation. Now I’m so glad I went through with it. My son was diagnosed with sensorineural hearing loss at the end of 2020 at 10 years old. Once that was discovered and I was told he would need hearing aids I was ready for him to get them! My husband needed a new hearing aid and wanted me to try a set. We were told by a neighbor to call Joshua. He came to our house the next day and fitted us both. Hubby’s had to be paired with a cochlear he had in other ear. Perfect pairing by Josh. This being my first pair Joshua was very willing to take the extra time needed with me.
