Initially I had a pressing situation that required me to turn my hot water, to my bath/shower, off and on by the cut off valve because of a constant leak. Then the ball valve in one of my bathrooms toilet tank malfunctioned. I contacted one plumbing company that quoted me an unrealistic amount. I called four other companies including Unique. Unique was the only company that returned my call. They returned my call within the hour on the same day. I was amazed that they actually sent someone out "the same day" to fix my problem. While the repair was being made I decided to have a new sink and commode installed. They were here the next day and completed all the work I needed done. Mack was here within the time frame I was told, worked until everything was installed and repaired. I couldn't have been happier! The owner even followed up that evening, after the repairs and installations were done, to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction. In a time where great customer service seems elusive I am happy to say that Unique Plumbing is now my Plumbing company of choice. I highly recommend them!I decided that the need for a dependable plumber was in line to install my gas non-vented fireplace heater. After speaking with Mike, while he was installing my new gas water heater, I found that he could do the installation. This is a 3 out of 3 successful services that I have gotten from using Unique Plumbing. I am very pleased with the installation of the fireplace. Replacement and installation of one of my bathroom fixtures, installation of a gas water heater and now the gas fireplace installation. I could spend my money anywhere but I'm very happy with the value, customer service and expedient response from Unique Plumbing .When you're accustomed to the best why look for anything less? One again Unique Plumbing (Michael) saved the day! I can honestly say I don't know any service provider who is as responsive, professional, and provider of extraordinary services as Unique Plumbing services! I had a massive leak in my pipes underneath my house (a crawl space that only someone Mike's size could actually fit) that spanned almost the length of my house. The leak was fed by a half bath's sink, toilet, laundry room and the kitchen sink! I called the only person/company that I had faith in. Unique Plumbing. Once again Michael responded within minutes and was at my home within a couple of hours. He inspected the pipes, videoed the leak to show me and was actually here the very next day to make the repairs!!!! I mean who actually does that?? Like the jobs he's done for me prior, it was premium workmanship and professional all the way. Even though I'm moving out of the area I've already given him my location so that he'll know where to find me next time. Unique Plumbing is "the only place I'll ever call for service"!
