My fiance and I did a drop in class here and we were very impressed. The facility was spacious and well equipped. The coach provided clear instructions and demonstrated each movement. We will definitely be back the next time we're in town!

I’ve tried several of the XFit gyms in the area as a drop-in and XFit freshwater has been my favorite! A nice facility, plenty of equipment, fun programming warm and welcoming staff - 10/10! Will definitely drop in again next time I’m in town.

I have been a member of CrossFit Freshwater since October of 2019. I had always been interested in CrossFit, but never had the courage to go. Someone I went to high school with is a coach there and encouraged me to show up to a class to try it out. I did and I couldn’t be happier that I took that leap. The coaching staff is very attentive and makes coming to the gym something I look forward to on a daily basis. They continuously foster an awesome community of people; from the in house gym competitions, to the organized group activities outside of the gym, to the daily dose of seeing your friends and working hard beside them, you won’t be disappointed if you take the leap too!!! Also, don’t be scared if you think you won’t be able to do it!! The coaching staff is great at providing scaled options to support all levels of fitness. I was able to workout until week 38 of my pregnancy and felt safe doing so because I had trained coaches supporting me. Come in and check it out!!

I was in town for a few weeks for work and decided to try this gym. Great atmosphere and coaches! Not only do the coaches make you feel extremely welcomed, so do the members. I’m new to CrossFit and I felt very comfortable. Highly recommend!!

CrossFit Freshwater is all around an amazing gym. The coaches are great and always helpful, all the members are welcoming and friendly, and the atmosphere is great.Going to workout at this gym has become a highlight of my every day. This gym is without a doubt the best experience I have had in my fitness journey. This is by far the best gym in Saint Clair Shores and surrounding areas!

Highly recommend this CrossFit gym. I’ve been a member for over a year now and would encourage all skill levels to give it a try. As a single parent I’ve been lucky enough to bring my daughter as I workout and demonstrate that persistence can help you progress to your goals. I can’t say enough good things about this gym. The entire community, from the coaches to the members, is incredibly welcoming. No matter your skill level, whether you’re just starting out or have been into CrossFit for a while, it’s definitely worth a try.
