Not a place to take your kids too. Their manners with kids is terrible. My 7yo was alittle nervous during her regular check up and the tech kept questing her age saying your not a baby, then the doctor was even worse! My daughter felt something and reacted by moving her hand to say oh that hurt and the doctor scolded her by putting her finger in her face and said now you listen to me! Overall... More

Every person that I have dealt With at Dental Horizons is exceptional. They are friendly, kind, and professional. Dr Sampier and his staff make having to go to the dentist a pleasant experience. Anna is an awesome hygienist. I highly recommend this dental office

I have been going there for many years. They have done an excellent job managing everyone’s safety during Covid. The staff is very friendly and will do anything they can to help you. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and have always educated me to provide options that I had. I have complete trust in them!

Professional, polite, and gentle. The doctor was very patient and explained everything clearly. We went over the xray together and he explained the best course of action. I had an old filling that broke removed and replaced. No pain at all. I was out in under an hour. Great work. 8 hours later and I have no pain and my tooth feels great.

I was referred by my Mother and she was very afraid of Dentists and has had bad experience’s in the past but after a very long time.. she found a good Dentist and finally let Dr. Robert do all the work she needed done! And today I saw him as well and my experience was perfect I definitely recommend him

A case of dental insurance fraud. About 3 weeks ago I had an appointment for a chipped crown. I have always used Dental Horizon for myself and family. On this day, as soon as I walked into the place I was informed to come in for X-ray. I was shocked because I had the appointment over the phone, I had not been checked out. So I questioned the lady as to why I need to be subjected to rays from the X-Ray when I had not been examined to know which tooth was having an issue. So she then ask me to go and lay down and wait for the specialist, who on coming in asked same. WOW you don't even know the tooth that got chipped and more so I did not complain of pains or anything of that nature. But even if I did, you nee to examine the patient to determine which tooth. So he now said that I should lay down so he can check. After his examination he now was insisting that he needs to do an X-ray, and I said why? its just a chipped tooth that needs to be fixed and more so, I have had a full X-ray done by them not long ago. Surprisingly he now said that, they don't have clear image of that particular tooth. WOW what a coincidence, the exact tooth you don't have a good image? I asked that the just fix the chip as I don't think I need an x-ray for the problem, mind you the tooth in question is fake tooth as I had root canal done about 5years ago, that the whole roots were removed. I don't even feel the tooth not to talk of pain. I felt I owe it to my society to call out such blatant wrong action just geared to making more money for their pockets as against the health of the patient. Less
