Thankfully, Colleen "wrangled" necessary family members and delegated out tasks with ease. Both set-up and take-down were seamless and the feedback I received from my fam/friends who helped were that Colleen was direct, kind, and everyone understood she was in charge! As the Bride, it was a relief to walk in and see that my vision had come to life, without me even being there. It allowed me more freedom to just enjoy the day, stress-free. When I started planning my wedding, about a year before, I thought I had everything figured out as far as the day of set up, but I was a complete mess for the week leading up to my wedding. When Colleen said she would be happy to help me for day of coordination, I knew I needed to take her up on it, so I hired her! I cannot even begin to describe the weight that was instantly removed from my shoulders. She pretty much just took the reins and ran with it. She made sure the caterers went where they were supposed to, made sure all the final decorations were properly arranged, etc. She didn't even need to ask me what I needed help with, she just knew what needed to be done, and did it. On top of that, she did it exactly how I would have done it! My day would not have gone as smoothly as it did if it wasn't for Colleen. I would recommend her in a heartbeat. She's a sweetheart, extremely patient, and just amazing at what she does.
