From the start with a phone consultation with Bernadette about my Radon issue, to Lawrence on site doing the bid, to Eric who came out and put the system in, they were amazing all the way. All questions by phone and email were answered quickly and completely. The system is outstanding and depending on the day our radon level is 0 (outside air is .4) to a high of 2, so averaging well below their guarantee of 1.5, and WAY better than my start of 10pcl. I cannot recommend Lawrence and his team at JustRadon enough!! After having another contractor install a mitigation system about a year ago, with multiple alterations (extra suction points, stronger fans, etc.) we still did not see radon levels reduce to a healthy/comfortable level. Working with the previous contractor made it quite clear that JustRadon was leaps and bounds more qualified for the job. Not only did JustRadon have the tools to identify where our sub-floor radiant heating was located but they also conducted pressure field extension testing on Day 1 prior to us signing any contract to ensure they had a great plan in place to solution our radon problem, backed by data. JustRadon solved our radon issues as well as cleaned up the mess the previous contractor left behind in our finished basement living space. The new JustRadon system is now very low profile and concealed in a utility portion of our basement. The craftsmanship is beyond noticeable… we have our basement back looking & sounding great once again. Follow up data: The month prior to install (2/29 -> 3/29) our radon average level was 4.9 pCi/L with multiple very high spikes (20 pCi/L +). After JustRadon’s installation and removal of the previous contractor’s system (3/30 -> 4/29) our new monthly average was 0.6 pCi/L!!!
