We called for a quote and received a very detailed quote as well as options based on our evolving needs. The unit was delivered same day within a few hours and put exactly where we wanted it. When I asked to get it moved, they were incredibly responsive and scheduled it at our convenience. I was contacted when it was picked up and given an eta for arrival at the new house. After we emptied it, they came and picked it up within a few days. As with the move, I was contacted before they came and after they left. I called around for a storage unit for my home while it was under construction. Units answered the phone right away and I spoke to a real human and he helped me out easily. Drop off and pick up include great communication from the driver and they arrived when they said they would! I was very happy with the unit! It came with a lock I could keep after and the floor was actually wood. It was nice and clean and secure and my furniture (after 9 months) came out of it as it went into it. Driver dropped it in a pretty narrow space between my house and my rock wall and there was no damage. No weird smell or anything. I would highly recommend Units for all your storage needs. Less

I was having my basement finished and needed some temporary, on-site storage. While I was most aware of PODS, I read some nightmarish reviews making me look for alternatives. Seth and Dylan were great to work with, being flexible with drop-off/pick-up dates as I got more concrete information about when my project would start and end. Dylan masterfully got the storage unit in the exact place I wanted (a challenging, sloped area to the side of our driveway, accessed via a narrow, hilly street) so that we could still use our garage and driveway unimpeded for the duration of our project. I called UNITS based on reviews and availability for the purpose of an on-location storage. From the moment I called to the delivery of the unit just now (which was the very next day!) everything has been easy and courteous. Seth picked up the phone each time I called and answered all my questions. There were no “sales pushing”. Dylan delivered it - calling me just before he was leaving to make the delivery, and made sure I was all set with any questions before leaving. I can't recommend Units Moving enough. I had called around a few other places looking for an on-site storage unit for a renovation we were starting. I first priced out PODS moving and storage. I seem to see them everywhere. Even as a new customer looking to rent a large unit, I was on hold for over 40 minutes trying to get someone on the phone to pay for the unit. If that is the experience I had when trying to give them money, I can't imagine what it would be like to get support from them. I filled out an online form for Units online and I got a call back on the same day from Seth. He walked me through the entire process, got me a great price, even delivered it himself. I used this Units container to move to a new house. I am very glad I did. it relieved me of so much stress and saved me money. They delivered the container a week before the scheduled move, and I packed my stuff and loaded it in the container without a rush. The same was after the move - a week in my driveway let me unload it without a hassel and putting things where they belong. It saved me money as well as it would take the movers three-four times as long to load the small stuff on the truck as it took them to handle just the furniture.
