As my family was preparing to move, I called UNITS regarding a storage unit to be put in my driveway. It was a very small space but Seth worked everything out with measurements and was able to get it in the tight spot! We had many bumps in the road, change of dates, unit size and with Seth's continued help...all.went well. He also referred the moving company and junk removers that we used and were positively happy with!!Dylan, who delivered and picked up the storage unit was amazing as well! He was professional, polite and very pleasant. It was fun watching him do his thing with his hand held device! It really was a pleasure all.around. I would absolutely recommend Units for storage needs for sure and again with Seth and Dylans expertise our storage needs and move went very smoothly!! I can’t say enough great things about my experience with UNITS of Northeast MA! From my very first phone call to the final pickup, Seth was professional, courteous, honest, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to answer every one of my questions without hesitation and never once made me feel rushed. He was truly a pleasure to work with.The delivery process was seamless, and the storage unit was exceptionally clean and in excellent condition. Dillon who delivered the unit was great! I’ve rented storage units from other companies in the past, and those experiences were mediocre at best. I often felt like I was inconveniencing someone just by calling. This experience was completely different.I happened to find UNITS of Northeast MA through a Google search, and I couldn’t be happier that I chose them. Everything about Units was perfect! The owner Seth was great. Driver Dylan too. Communication from everyone was excellent. They were very easy to reach. Very responsive to texts. I dealt with two other storage unit companies, and their customer service was really bad. With those other companies, I’d wait on hold for over a half hour just to speak to a person. Units was the complete opposite. At Units, they were easy to reach, and always responsive. I got a 12-foot storage unit delivered to my driveway. It was delivered on time. It got placed where I wanted it. It was clean. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend going with Units for storage units. They make it very easy. I especially recommend Units if your driveway is on the narrower side. My driveway is 11'4" wide, and the other storage unit companies needed more width. Dylan from Units maneuvered the Units storage unit effortlessly into my driveway. The Units delivery system is definitely superior to the other companies.

I would highly recommend using Units in LITTLETON Mass I stored my home contents for 1 year .SETH the owner,was very pleasant and efficient to work with. They were very accommodating to my schedule needs. The unit was pristine and sealed well and robot they use is very cool, non-invasive and gets into the smallest spaces. If you can fit a car there you can fit a Unit. my lawn was undisturbed. My items look as fresh as the day I put them in a year ago The climate controlled storage area really makes a difference. While a bit on the expensive side, the experience was excellent for my particular scenario where I needed interim storage. I especially appreciated the low to ground walking into unit, the floor of the unit is only few inches off the ground unlike the trucks with a ramp to go up etc. Seth was very kind to work with and even offered some flexibility outside of the agreed terms to give me few extra days.

Great experience! Several months ago, I needed a large portable storage unit and I needed it fast. Seth moved quickly and was very communicative. A 16-footer was on my lawn two business days later. The rate was fair, and the unit itself was in excellent condition.I hope to not need a storage unit again, but if I do, I’m calling UNITS.

Units was fantastic in our recent move. We were building a house and had to sell our other house in tandem. We used them to store a bulk of our things during the showing process and then deliver to the new address when the house came closer to completion. They were so communicative and the entire process was so simple. The Unit was in impeccable condition as well, as were our belongings when they arrived at their final destination.
