This was my first time using a mobile dog grooming service and I was very impressed by Kontota. Once the appointment was made they were in constant contact either by phone or text which I appreciated. My appointment was scheduled for between 8-9 am and Lacy showed up right after 8am. She was super nice and very professional. The whole process took a little under 2hrs but she did text during the service to say how my dog was doing and also sent a progress picture. I would definitely recommend Kontota to my friends and family and would use them again.

Booking a same-day service was extremely easy and I appreciated the communication. I desperately wish she had gotten to see the sweet funny side of Boston and that he’d cooperated more but the end results were great! She had great attention to detail and you could tell cared for dogs above all! Madelyn asked me every step of the way how I liked the cut and service to make sure I was 100% satisfied. She was extremely accommodating and I trusted her with my baby (which is a lot for me to say after meeting someone once). You can just tell when someone loves your whole world just as much as you. Called on Friday to get two of my dogs who can (and do) shed prodigious amounts of hair in the house. Saturday morning, right on time the van showed up. Anubis and Ishtar were suspicious at first of entering the van but our groomer, Laci got them settled and taken care of. She took her time and the dogs reappeared so tidy and clean. The hair was reduced so significantly. Anubis' long hair was deshedded, and trimmed so neat it was a pleasure to pet. Ishtar could be scratched, her preferred method of affection, and no blizzard of hair came out. So as you can tell we are VERY pleased with how our dogs were treated and looked. VERY PLEASED.

I called them because my previous groomer had retired and they had the best reviews -it was a plus that it was a mobile grooming! I called in and they were so nice, helpful, listened to me talk about my dog. They were able to come out same day which blew my mind. The van pulled up about 20 minutes after I got off the phone with them! India was the groomer for my 2 1/2 year old Berne doodle. She was so nice, caring, took her time to ask how I wanted him cut and any issues he had in the past. She did an incredible job with Teddy. I will definitely only using them in the future based on the level of outstanding customer service, care, treatment of my animal, and pricing. Hats off to this company- they really have got it down.

It was quick and easy to book, arrived to my house within the estimated timeframe, double checked how I wanted BOTH my pups styled, sent me updates throughout their appointment, gave me a summary afterwards with before and after photographs and, most importantly, my puppies loved her!!!!! Highly recommend and will be booking them soon again.
A little pricier than going directly to the groomer, but totally worth it. It saved me a trip and allowed me to continue working from home uninterrupted.

I had searched high and low for a groomer that would groom my senior dog. He is 21, almost 22 which I know is almost unheard of which is why most groomers won’t groom him. Mind you he’s healthier than most 10 year old dogs but still he’s an old pup who needs extra love when grooming. And Kontota does just that! They come to my apartment with their van and take breaks for him and he comes out just amazingly groomed each time! Allison in particular is just amazing with him! And he feels his best fancy fine self every time! Cannot recommend enough!

It was just soooo easy & the cherry on top is this was the best puppy cut I’ve seen in a long time. I love for my dogs to have a fluffy but rounded look on their paws. My husband contacted Kontota Grooming who came to us quickly in the cutest mobile unit. We never had Sydney groomed by a mobile truck before but we are in LOVE! Matti and Gracia, did a FAAANTASTIC job! They greeted us with happy smiles, was loving to Sydney, sent us a pic in sharing of the happiest poo h receiving a bath and finally returning him transformed with a necktie. Totally cuteness. We are SOLD! With my being a work from home person, this will be the way we plan to go moving forward. I HIGHLY recommend this service.
