Riviera did such an amazing job with my Yona girl! Yona is a very skittish and nervous girl who isn’t used to new people, but she did so well with Riviera. I really love that they take pictures and send them to you throughout the process. Yona is a wolf-shepherd mix so she can get pretty matted and her undercoat can be stubborn! We have used Kontota Grooming a few times now and every time the groomers are absolutely amazing and our highly energetic Boston Terrier puppies go running to the van when it pulls up. This was my first experience with Kontota. I’ve seen them in my neighborhood and have a friend who uses them. I made an inquiry for grooming for my two Alaskan Klee Kai. The response was immediate and efficient. I had an appointment the same afternoon. The groomer came within the confirmed time frame and was very personable and great with my dogs. I can’t say enough praise about her abilities to take care of them! They hadn’t had a real grooming in several years and she worked miracles! Kontota was absolutely lovely! I called Friday, and by 8 AM Saturday morning they were at our door. Our mobile groomer, Bob, was communicative with us prior to and upon his arrival. He was so patient with our baby who had never been groomed before, too! I received text updates and photos throughout the groom, which was also awesome! The grooming services themselves were great- they did a great job with trimming our corgi’s “pantaloons” (as we call them), cleaning his ears & teeth, grinding his nails, and descending him. Nick is the best groomer out there. My Golden Doodle puppy is in love with him and is never nervous for a trim. Nick snuggles and plays in the yard for a bit before loading him up and then sends me the cutest follow up pictures during the groom. He listened to my needs of wanting to preserve the puppy coat as much as possible but also giving him some relief in the Texas heat.
