Varied workouts and a nice community feel to this gym however join with caution as payments were confused and varied (no payment that came out was the same amount and Jason seemed to make it up as he went). When I moved suburbs and left the gym, payments continued coming from my account for several weeks despite asking to have my payment details removed from their system. Jason then claimed I owed the gym several hundred dollars. In hindsight, it was a fine gym until I quit, then it was more like an annoying scam.

This is honestly the most amazing gym!! I’ve been reflecting on my journey since joining the Defence Force, and I can confidently say I wouldn’t be where I am today without the incredible support of the coach and owner, Flo ✨From the very first day I walked through the doors, I couldn’t even get one rep out, but with Flo’s guidance, encouragement, and genuine care, I built my strength, passed all my tests, and am now absolutely thriving.The atmosphere here is welcoming, supportive, and empowering. It’s more than just a gym, it’s a community. That truly helps you grow inside and out. I couldn’t recommend it enough. :))

It's not easy to find a gym and community where you feel instantly welcome. Jase, Flo and the team are incredibly authentic, kind, funny, and warm. It's a joy to show up at the gym and I'm very grateful I found salt shed 🫶
