TLC reviewAt age 68, I thought it will be very difficult for me to catch up with the workouts. Indeed it was difficult, but attainable. The coaches started with some modifications of the workout for beginners and elderly which made it easier for us but gradually I was able to adjust. In time, I was able to improve my flexibility, my balance, my strength and endurance. From a once a week session we now go for a twice a week sessions and always look forward to the different workouts for each session. Less

My second home and happy place 💜This is where I found myself again after giving birth to twins and then again after my second pregnancy; and where I learned I could regain and even surpass my pre-pregnancy fitness. I have been to several CrossFit places in Southeast Asia and this is one of my favorites, especially if u lack technique. I have learned more here in 2 months than in other places after a longer period. The coaches are very nice and the space is clean. Cousin recommended this place because he knows the owners and after only four sessions here, it's left such a positive impression on me regarding CrossFit. I came in here because I just wanted a space to work out and get some coaching while I was on vacation in the Philippines. I've practiced resistance training for almost six years, but never had any formal coaching. Went to PT a couple years ago because of my pyriformis, but still irritated it after PT. Right away Trever diagnosed the issues with my form and gave me the right cues to address how my knees and hips should be positioned when performing certain movements. The community here is also warm, encouraging, and prioritizes safety. Our first impression of the gym was how clean and tidy it was. Everyone was super friendly and made us feel welcome. The programming is greeeeaaat!!! The box is suuuuper clean mygoodness I tried walking barefoot All Around the place even at the restroom are and my feet is still clean!!! You won’t have to worry stretching on the floor doing child pose with your face flat because the floor is not freaking filthy lels But promise the community is amazing and the attention the coach gives EVERYONE feels like you’re having a 1-1 training session. Been attending this CrossFit gym for quite some time now. Excellent coaching with an insane eye for the details. Anyone can workout here because the scaling progressions work. I’ve seen the progress of new members first hand. The box is clean and the equipment is in great condition. Add to that the wonderful staff who are knowledgeable and always helpful.
