In April, I paid him a hefty $220 for what he promised would be a new tire. Fast forward to today, when I had a professional technician inspect the tire, only to discover it was used, with two plugs in it and poorly mounted. The technician confirmed that the rim wasn’t even cleaned properly before the tire was mounted. This was clearly not the new tire I was promised.I trusted Kemar to provide me with a new tire and a proper installation. Instead, he took advantage of the situation, knowing I was at work and couldn’t inspect the work myself. He gave me a used tire, badly mounted, and expected me to pay the full price. When I called him to address the situation, his response was nothing short of disgraceful. He got rude, disrespectful, and started texting me that I was “ungrateful” and “sick” for asking him about the tire. When I tried to calmly explain the issue, he hung up on me without a second thought.Not only did I get scammed with a used tire, but I was also charged way too much for a subpar service. When I asked for fair compensation for the improperly installed tire, he refused and resorted to swearing and childish behavior. Kemar, or Corey, whatever your real name is, you owe me an apology and compensation for the damage you’ve caused. Take responsibility for the shoddy work and stop acting like this is somehow my fault.I strongly urge anyone reading this to stay far away from this company. If you must deal with them, check your tires thoroughly and ensure you’re not being scammed like I was.
