I pressed my doctor to test for certain infections and autoimmune diseases after my own research and they came back positive. If you are confident in your research and pressing your doctor for test, I would say save yourself the money. EVERYONE at East West health is amazing! I have been going there for years and have had wonderful care. I couldn’t imagine where I would be if I did not find them. Another thing I truly appreciate is that all of the providers realize that there is a place for eastern medicine and a place for western medicine. Not one of them has ever said to me “oh don’t do this or that (from my MDs in western medicine) or not to take a prescription.” All of the providers know that with my significant health problems, I wouldn’t be alive without western medicine intervention. This is something special about East West Health! When my first acupuncturist at the local children’s hospital left, I had gone to numerous other acupuncturists before East West and was told that my western medicine treatments were causing all of my problems and I should stop seeing my MDs.... I’ve been coming to East West Health for the past couple years, and when I first started I had extreme gut issues and couldn’t eat much without some type of reaction. East West opened my eyes to the world of functional medicine - which was something I was looking for but never knew what it was called, and would turn up empty handed. I now have great digestion, and am on a promising path with anxiety, thanks to lab tests, consultations, dietary changes, and supplements that have been recommended. I primarily have worked with Spencer, Devan, and Sierra, whom have all been very helpful. They’ve been exceptional with working with me on a payment plan and to figure out what type of program works best with my finances, previous health education, and goals. I'm just newly entering a 6-month program at East West, so I'll write another review later, but I was compelled to just say how incredibly impressed we were with our initial consultation. It's exactly the kind of health care that I think is so vital -- integrating western medicine with eastern (acupuncture, traditional chinese medicine, herbs, etc) and we love how they "bundle" an appropriate program together so you know right upfront what you're looking at for cost, and you don't fall into the trap of trying to "nickel and dime" your program, avoiding an appointment or treatment because of cost. It's maddening that this kind of health care isn't covered by insurance, but they've got financing options available that make it truly accessible even on a tight budget. We loved the physical facility -- it's lovely and soothing -- and liked so much absolutely everyone we met. I feel like I'm off to a fabulous start in healing a serious health concern and balancing out what's gone out of whack in my health. Less

One thing very refreshing is that they are open to learning new things as well and really listen their patients. When we are consulting with any of them, time is not the element, making sure we understand is! Sally is our health coach and does a fantastic job to keep us on track with our program, motivate and inspire us, make sure we get the best care. Whenever I have had a question or concern, she does all she can to take care of our needs. She is a great listener, and cares about my daughter and her success.We were so impressed with her willingness to follow up and give us a personal call, just to make sure we are on track at home. Well since that post I was contacted by East West Health and went in for a consultation with Regan. He was very cordial and concerned by the fact that the stem cell injections had not worked for me and has offered to do another session of the injections and apologized for the fact that they had "dropped the ball" on my situation.
