I've visited here a few times, met the members, and talked with the owner, Blaine, quite a bit. You can tell he loves what he does, his members love him, and they have great camaraderie. It's not a huge gym, and the members also make an effort to get, so you won't feel lost in the crowd. Blaine is helpful and great at breaking things down for even the most novice. Give it a try if you're considering it!

Best gym ever!!! I’m down 30 pounds since I joined 18 months ago. The programming is amazing and can be scaled to every level. Blaine is a very talented coach. He is motivated, definitely knows his stuff and most importantly - his jokes are hilarious. Don’t join unless you want to get JACKED while laughing a lot and being surrounded by an amazing community. 6 stars

Competed in the 2025 Festivus Games this past weekend, hosted by Be Better CrossFit. They did an outstanding job! Everyone - from the judges to the fellow athletes - was incredibly welcoming and friendly. I drove over 9 hours to compete here, and I’m so glad I did. The owner, Blaine, and the entire crew were super organized and made the day run smoothly and feel fun for everyone. Oh…and I can’t forgot to mention the gym horse…I mean dog…was the best part!I’m hoping to visit again in the future to drop in for a regular class. Great job, y’all - from “the girl from Arkansas”! 😉

I could say it saved my life. The best decision I have made to jump start my health journey. Initially I was skeptic this was the right place to start as a novice to all types of movement or exercise.But Blaine was consistently ensuring that I was correctly trained , at my level yet challenged for growth. His patience and care for his entire team is worth admiring. Him and everyone who comes here makes the environment very comfortable, supportive, warm and friendly. You will always find someone who encourages you.After two months, life was going to show me what we had managed to achieve. I had a fire in my place that required me to move fast and carry very heavy stuff out of my unit. I don’t imagine going through something like that before, I would not have been able.We progressed so much, all the people I have met here and Blaine will always have my deepest appreciation.Thank youSo, if you are looking to get started or get trained with a team that will keep you accountable for your goals whichever they may be. Came to spice to do a competition called Festivus, the owner was very welcoming, and the guy is absolutely hilarious. What a great gym and great community. Definitely gonna look at coming out to do a community workout with them.

The owner, Blaine, works with you to meet you at your level with modifications, then encourages and pushes you at an appropriate rate. So many friendly CrossFit members. As a first time CrossFit gym member, I've felt super supported.
