I had an amazing time working with Trevor and Christa. It was my first time doing something like this and I felt they both created a fun and very comfortable space. Trevor is great at setting up the poses and at explaining what works and what doesn’t. He will be your biggest hype man and you will feel very confident. Nikki did my makeup and hair and I’ve never felt more beautiful. Overall, Trevor exceeded my expectations from start to finish with talking me through the wardrobe consultation, answering all my questions, keeping me informed, and looking over the photos. This time I had a couple session with Trevor and it was such an amazing experience. Have Christa there was just the balance and dynamic we needed to bring my hubby out of his shell, too. He was apprehensive going in to this experience as it was not something he saw himself doing. The two of them together made for such an awesome session. We had laughs, we had seriously hot moments, and my hubby and I added more flame to the fire we already had. I will always recommend Trevor for all your boudoir needs. He has a fun, uplifting, yet some how calming personality that truly allows you to bring out the sexiness most people forget they have within themselves. If you're a man, getting to have you've own custom photo shoot should be on the list of things to do at least once. Don't be put off by Provocateur typically doing woman's boudoir, they can make you look and feel hot/sexy in a very manly way if that's what you are looking for. This is regardless of what your current body shape and size is. The whole process from consultation via zoom, the included pre shoot barber experience, the shoot and final image selection was low stress and enjoyable; oh and the photos look amazing. I've done a number of shoots in the past, that were mostly a fitness vibe so when I had the opportunity to work with him for a male boudoir shoot I got out of my comfort zone and went all in on the experience. It was a great vibe and a lot of fun, that was created by both him and Christa. I could tell immediately that Trevor knew his stuff by looking at the photos in his studio before we even got started. He captured some really amazing shots and was able to manipulate the lighting to compliment the hard work I did leading into the shoot aesthetically with my training and nutrition. I have a large following on Instagram where I provide fitness tips with my Micro Bully "Iris" at @Tomthetrainerfitness and they even got some cool pics with her myself and my son so I could use a few shots for my connection post that I share. I had mixed feelings in the days leading up to my photoshoot with Trevor… On the one had, my wife had had an incredible experience with him years prior, and the results were out of this world. On the other hand, I was going outside of my comfort zone and potentially facing some deeply rooted insecurities head-on. All the hesitation dissipated within the first couple of shots on his set. Trevor has an innate ability to make you feel comfortable and empowered. He seems to pick up on what little behaviours and movements one makes that are natural/automatic and also make you look your best. He leverages these natural movements and behaviours to give guidance on positioning and posing that is both clear and comfortable. His expertise, professionalism, and his natural excitement when he got “the” shot allowed me to let go, enjoy the experience, and have fun. As good as all that was, I didn’t know what to expect when he sat down with me to select my favourite photos. To say I was blown away is an understatement. I couldn’t believe how good I looked! The lighting, the positioning, the angle, the composition, everything… it was just beyond comprehension. I practically floated out of the studio feeling excited and more confident about myself than I ever have before… and that confidence is something that has truly had a permanent impact on me and my sense of self. The pictures are AMAZING and I will cherish them always. I suspect there are fewer gentlemen that pursue this type of experience but I think everyone should. I can imagine a couples’ experience would be just as much if not even more fun. I cannot recommend Trevor and Provocateur images enough. Go do it – you will be so so glad you did!
