We are lucky to have this gym in the valley. They have family friendly environment. My daughter and I both train here. If you have goals this is a great place to achieve them whether it’s weight loss or self defense

I am so very impressed with AP. I. My son was really struggling with his image, andBeing kind of bullied at school. So he wanted to be able to defend himself if he needed toHe decided to take Kix Boxing, and the class had already started. But Julie came in 30 minutes early 1 day and worked with him and his friends to get him caught up. I can't thank them enough for giving my son more confidence. Thank you.

Best fitness center in the valley!! My family has done jiu-jitsu with Lee and Storm for many years and they are two of the best people we know! Now they are leveling up and adding an entire fitness center. Highly recommend bringing the whole family to check it out!
