This gym is great! I attended from February to May 2025 and January to March 2026. Best and coolest part is that it's a café in the front and a gym in the back. The owner Justin is super nice and even remembered me after I left for 10 months and had a baby, haha. It's definitely a bigger gym than I am used to so that was a little intimidating, especially when you don't know anyone but they all know each other. That being said, the coaching is solid, folks are friendly, and the smoothies are great. Plus they are super baby-friendly; I brought my 7-month-old all the time. Shoutout to coaches Sam (white), Sam (black), and Nate. They were my favorites lol.

*I was a drop-in*Great gym with knowledgeable coaches and engaged members. Gym was clean with adequate space and equipment. Will definitely drop back in when I return for a business trip. Highly recommend.

Coach Francisco was a fantastic coach. He was very attentive to a drop in guest, especially on a banded bench press strength workout as a spotter. Thanks for the push tonight during the met-con. Great location and facility!

Sam does a great job of explaining the movements and showing what right looks like. He does a great job of reinforcing the movements by going through all of the points of performance. He also does a great job of spot checking and motivating students.
