I did the buff and polish with Rachel. It was so relaxing, I fell asleep a few times! There is relaxing music and the sound of running water because of the head spas (which I hope to try soon!). Such a disappointment. My daughter and I waited 6 weeks for an appointment. We drove 1.5 hours for our much anticipated head spa experience. We love self care days. She recently had a baby and needed to relax and be pampered. This experience was not I was expecting after watching the wonderful TikTok videos. First, I was very uncomfortable being on display out in the open. It was not a private area and was in front of the windows facing the street. The vast majority of the session was no one touching me, it was just water running on my head, which felt similar to a nice shower head running water on your head. I did appreciate getting to see my scalp with the close up camera. First she shampooed my hair, could barely feel her touching me, then rinse for an eternity, then there was a brief session with some tool, rinse for an eternity, scrub with a scrub brush of some kind, that felt amazing but again was brief, followed by another very lengthy rinsing session. She then rubbed lotion on my shoulders, not really a massage per say, more just rubbing lotion in, then maybe what was a conditioning treatment lengthy rinse and done. Maybe I should have had booked the one that also came with a facial. I never felt relaxed and just kept thinking surely this not all there is the whole time. I was hoping maybe it was just my experience and my daughter would had a better one so I kept my thought to myself, but once we left she said hers was also mostly water running on her head too. We will not be back and do not recommend. It’s a novelty and was a waste of time and money. Less

Kalie is the best! I’ve been seeing her for over a 1.5 years she never misses on my brow service. I tried the japanese head spa today for the first time and think anyone who wants to be mentally transported to an island should try this! Kalie made sure I was comfortable the whole time and made everything so enjoyable. This is also the perfect service to gift to the people in your life who need to unwind 💕 highly recommend! Less

The best spa in Cincinnati hands down. If you’re considering the head spa - go for it! That was the most comfortable and relaxed I’d ever been during a spa service. I booked with Casey and she was amazing. I will definitely be going back just for her! Less
