I just completed my first ever CrossFit open and couldn’t have done it with out the amazing group of coaches at this gym! Everyone is friendly, welcoming and they know your name and your family/dogs! You don’t have to be in shape to start, you just need the willingness to show up and the rest is done for you! Couldn’t recommend this location enough!!!!

I was very scared to start this new journey with CrossFit. I did my research and the reviews for CrossFit Brandeton were amazing. After almost a month I truly see why. Before I began my Crossfit Journey I was very hesitant as I wasn't sure what to expect. That hesitation instantly disappeared after I met the professional and friendly staff who work here. I found CrossFit Bradenton and was immediately accepted into the family. I was receiving a personal training session every time I went to the gym and the coach’s focus was purely on keeping me safe while I focused on achieving my goals. Over two years have gone by and my strength and energy have improved significantly, but the most important part is my health and the family I now have at CFB. My blood pressure is now in the healthy range and my cholesterol is near perfect. My total cholesterol is now lower than my LDL was by itself when I started. I will forever be a member of CFB and would recommend it to family and friends, and even someone just interested in seeing what it is all about. We welcome all at any level of ability and age. Large roomy facilities, great coaches, friendly helpful owners who have built a real community of nice athletes. All ages and skill levels welcome. I was really worried about getting injured and I came on board slowly with Couch to CrossFit program then personal coaching. Still do the personal coaching once a week to work on weaknesses. Drive not bad from downtown Sarasota.

I go here everyday and everyday.. whether I've had a bad or good day this place just make it better the coaches and people are awesome!

This place ROCKS. The workouts are killer, the coaches are knowledgeable and the athletes are a great tribe of humble hustlers. Cross Fit was an amazing challenge ..I did it!! At almost 60 now I really liked the grid of a no fluff Spa workout facility . A wonderful experience and knowledgeable instructor.

Everyone is so friendly. It is like one big extended family. They make you feel welcome and each member encourages each other to reach whatever goal that person is trying to accomplish.

I have been to many boxes in the past 3 years and CFB truly represent the Crossfit brand. Beth and Paris are rentlentless in providing a supportive environment for athletes at all skill levels. Everyone is participating in the same workout which pushes you to stay on track with the other athletes. Additionally, they have a policy where no one cleans up until everyone is finished, ensuring that you have the drive to complete. I came in with minimal knowledge of how to workout in a way that would be beneficial to my body. This box is the first place where a trainer has taken my interest in learning to lift seriously. They made me feel comfortable enough to accept the fact that I wasn't strong by encouraging me that I had what it takes to get to where I want to be. There is instruction on every workout that we do and class sizes are small enough that everyone is supervised. This has helped me be saved from injuring myself multiple times. If you are someone who doesn't know what to do when they go to the gym, you should definitely try this. You don't have to put in any thought of what to do for the day. Programming is executed very well and multiple options are given to scale every workout to meet your specific physical needs or limitations. I never feel the need to supplement my workouts by going to a globo-gym. This box is my second home. The owners, other coaches, and members are my second family. Met some of the best people I know here. Coaches and members are amazing, everybody is friendly. Gym is organized, kept clean, and stocked up. Coaches are attentive, very helpful and the WODs are tough the way they should be (even with my scalings)! Love these guys. :)
