Been there 4 times, once they got my skin burned near brows and upper lip, took 2 weeks to recover from that and recently i got by brows done…they look uneven, its very dissatisfying as the output is not as expected with the money they charge. Definitely not going there again!!!!!

She walked me through everything she was doing and even held a conversation with me which helped take the focus off of the occasional discomfort. I had such a great experience at the Pampered peach! I received the moisturizing facial and the moisturizing lip treatment. My face feels so nice and smooth. I also notice a nice glow in my face! I received the Brazilian with Monica. Friendly demeanor! Overall customer service great! I’ve been getting waxed for almost 10 years. So my pain level is different for first timers. But it was minimal discomfort. On a scale from 1 to 10 - my pain level was a 3 or 4.

Callie was incredible during my Brazilian today, I haven’t waxed in quite a bit and she kept me distracted through the hardest parts, I was embarrassed to be sweating a little and she was so comforting and made me feel human with nothing to be insecure about. Her priority lived in getting the hair off vs ensuring that I was comfortable. I even recommended a technique which included counting down first in the sensitive areas. She rushed through that part or most times forgot to do it. And while she ripped me, kept on asking if I was ok, but not doing anything to ensure I was. She even mentioned that an area was bleeding was due to not having Brazilians done frequently. But I do have them frequently, and bleeding has never happened before. I go to Kaylee and she is the most kind, respectful and knowledgeable waxer I have ever had! I highly recommend her!!! I had only ever been to EWC before here and I never really connected with any of the waxers there but everyone here is super friendly and accomodating. My first time with Kaylee she explained the different types of wax and sugaring options and helped me pick which parts of my brazilian I should use the hard wax or the soft wax for. Lacie was amazing and I highly recommend her. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and bedside manner are superb! She is well versed in all wax that is offered. Based on her recommendation we used sugar scrub; I have a lot of hair, it is curly and coarse. Her technique was swift, I didn’t turn red nor did I need an ice bath immediately following. Impressive!!! I’ll be back.

I missed a call from them a few days after my wax (which is too soon to tell if hairs were torn or properly waxed). I was busy that day and they were closed the next day so I called first thing the day after that to update them on my service and what went wrong with my wax. At that point it was only 9 days after my wax. The first person I spoke to offered to set up a touch-up for free (which was scheduled for the VERY next day btw), but a few minutes later, the owner called me back and said that he was "highly doutful" of my "story" and that it was my fault for choosing the hard wax because hard wax apparently doesn't always do the job and can break hairs according to him. However, I told him once again I've been getting waxes with hard wax for 3-4 years with no problem. Still didn't believe me and then they had the nerve to leave such a rude comment on my review while still trying to lie. Disgusting. Don't trust this business, so shady. Anyway, I went and got a fresh wax from European wax center. That's right, this place messed up the wax so bad that my hair was already long enough to get waxed again within 2 weeks even though I usually don't need a new one for about 5-6 weeks. But I had to go after 2 weeks because they broke the hairs instead of pulling them out at the root. It's practically just as bad as shaving in between waxes. Save yourself the time, the pain, and the money, and just go to European Wax Center instead. If you're nervous about a Brazilian, this is your place! I've been shaving my whole life and suffer through the razor burn and bumps, only to never have really smooth skin. I've wanted to try waxing for a long time, but was very hesitant to have a Brazilian done as I tend to be sort of... um... modest about that area, so I decided to call Pampered Peach and get all my questions asked up front. Callie was so great and answered all my questions, even describing the whole process in detail before hand so I could be prepared. I was surprised at how little it actually hurt and I didn't use the numbing cream or CBD shot (both available for an additional cost). The salon even offers a complimentary glass of champagne to help relax you and take the edge off. While I was there, I also had my lip waxed, brows waxed, shaped, and tinted. Oh, how I love the tint! It looks completely natural and lasts about 4 weeks! I will definitely do this again. Back to the Brazilian- while she took off a little more than I asked for, I'm actually glad she did because I've never been so smooth. The results were great, not perfect, but I think that a couple of stragglers are to be expected and after another treatment or two, I think I'll be completely smooth. Immediately after I experienced light bleeding and the next day I was red and sore, but proceeding that everything has calmed down and all redness and bleeding are gone. I also think these side effects will minimize as I continue to wax. After the first day, things are back to normal and there is no residual pain, redness, bumps, nicks, ingrown hairs, etc. WAY better than shaving- which I'll never do again! Overall, I have to say that what I thought was going to be a terrifying experience turned out to be no big deal. I had great results and even found a new salon service that I'll be treating myself to (tinting)! I can't wait to hit the beach without being self conscious about my bikini line. On my next visit, I'm going to do underarms and legs. Why bother with the razor at all anymore??? Less

I got a Brazilian wax for the first time at Pampered Peach and it was a great experience! They offer a numbing spray to semi take off the edge which I thought was a bonus. My first waxing experience at the Pampered Peach was amazing! Great atmosphere, clean, friendly and professional. I chose the Brazilian waxing service with Vsteam/ vagacial mask and Callie was wonderful! She made the process very smooth and easy! Highly recommend.

I had never tried soft wax before coming here, only hard. The soft wax works so well! Every hair was gone, only downside is it feels a bit sticky for an hour or two afterward. The employees were so kind, the process was quick, and the lobby and rooms are beautiful.

I received a Brazilian and Brow Lamination from Jerica, she was awesome! I also added on the V steam and V mask after the Brazilian, highly recommend!! This place is so cute and clean. All staff are very professional and friendly! You definitely have to try it :)
