One of the worst shops I ever had experience with. First time my driver had an small air leak on 3in1, they were telling me that they have it in stock, but when driver stopped then started saying that they need to order it, I told my driver to leave this place and then suddenly it appears they have it in stock... But the replacement took for them more than hour, which is like 10 min job. Second time my driver was waiting with flat trailer tire for 4hours them to come, when in the beginning they told us eta is 30minutes or so. After driver got it replaced, later the day he reported that its again off the rim... Worst shop ever!!! Waste of time, money, and very unclear communication

One of our driver's had truck issues in Memphis, TN. They called I-55 Truck and Trailer Repair Memphis/West Memphis. During the reasonable wait time for the mechanic to arrive in the inclement, our driver was miraculously able to get the truck running. Travis was our mechanic and he was awesome and very understanding. Great service and friendly people. We will use them again if we have any issues. Thank you!

Hello my fellow travelers my name is Farley I travel approximately 300 days per year dragging some kind of trailer behind me in life I own a 40 fifth wheel that all of a sudden said break time on around 5 issues Ralph was referred to me but a real reputable RV dealer in my hometown area of jackson Tennessee I called Ralph he was out the next morning and here we are 9 days before Christmas Ralph shoes up I explain Wat all the other mobile RV repair company quote us on out of Makenzie TN we just say they got a W in the name and leave it at that and don't trust your equipment to lack of knowledge and professional personal ralf grabbed his tools was around my trailer in a flash fixed 3 of the problems that I was about to be billed over 3 grand $$$$$ yes I said 3 grand in less that 20 min Ralph was organized and handled his business in a flash and will be who works in any of my equipment for now on and like I said I go thru some trailers with working all over the Usa Thanks again Ralphs for being a honest man owing a honest business there seem pretty hard to find. Wish I could give this place 500 stars!Was driving from TX to IL (with my family) past 5pm on Friday of a holiday weekend (with bad weather on its way) and ran over something in my Camry - flat tire. I pulled in hoping for a miracle and my tire was plugged and I was back on the road in less than 15min. Made it home 500 miles later without any issues at all. I was prepared to pay whatever they asked (it was worth it!) - yet they insisted no charge. Wow!Amazing, kind hearted guys, and a great, great business! A true blessing during a very stressful situation…! Such a rare experience today - thank you SO MUCH!!!
