I have purchased two vehicles here The Key Cars. Both times the staff were very professional and easy to talk with regarding what I wanted in a vehicle.Alex sold me my first car and Monty the second one. Both times their individual patience was appreciated.Thank you The Key Cars ..I thought this dealership was good for the customer .. now after trying to get my title for two weeks, not so much.I tried contacting them the week before my temporary tag expired, they said they mailed it and it was signed for .. uh no, I haven't signed for anything since living at my residence. I asked them to send a copy to the dealer, I'd pick it up .. but no, they said they mailed it .. AGAIN .. here we are 2 weeks later, no title, I'm paying late fees each day to tag my vehicle .. yet they're saying it's in the mail .. 🙄 🤔
