And it turns out the company had already billed my warranty for services completed...a week ago! Coming in town for the Dbacks Championship games to low water pressure and not hot water is never a way to start a trip but Mil-Spec came to the rescue right away! I have never had to use them prior but they fit me in right away, were professional, fair pricing for last minute emergency and even the communication was on point! They were so on top of getting this repaired that I just had to call them back when we renovated our bathroom and wanted to move the shower. Can't say enough... More
