I came in to Adapt a couple years ago for two reasons, my massage therapist recommended them and it was near my work. Once we got settled into the cost, amount of times to come in, and him fat shaming me and telling me all my problems were basically because of my weight, I told him I didn't want to commit right now to 3 times a week and wanted to see what other options there were right now. He was very demeaning, told me because I didn't have kids, why can't I devote the time? It was very attacking and I left there an emotional wreck because of being treated that way AND being in pain. Not a great experience. I hope his approach has changed since then.

Dr. D and staff are great. He always tries to impart a little chiropractic knowledge each visit. My back and neck feel so much better since he has been adjusting my trouble spots. I’m no longer tossing and turning trying to find some position that allows me to sleep. Very thorough beginning exam and periodic checks to see how I am progressing. Highly recommend!!

Dr. D, the staff, the whole clinic is fantastic. Incredibly friendly, welcoming, helpful and organized from texts reminders, to key fob sign-in/out to providing me with my own scrub shirt for my visits. Dr. D sees both my husband and I in the room together. I like the 3 door concept where the Dr doesn’t have to travel from room to room. We never have to wait, we are adjusted quick and Dr. D listens and treats/adjusts based on his findings when he examines our spines and necks. He is passionate about his work, he cares, he is professional and respectful. He carefully explained our X-rays, and refers to them each visit. He has regular checkpoints to measure how we balance/carry (or don’t) our weight from left to right so that together we can work to equally balance our weight. Dr. D resolved my vertigo, keeps my back and hips aligned. He has adjusted my ears and sinuses, my knee, neck for migraines, my husband’s shoulders. We drive 30 minutes one way to come to be adjusted here, they’re that good. We are excited to be on this journey with Dr. D and the whole Adapt Chiropractic office. Try this office, you won’t be disappointed and you’ll see results.

I had almost given up on seeing a chiropractor but decided to give it one more chance. As luck would have it, I decided to try Adapt Chiropractic Company. What I particularly like about Dr. D. Is that he follows a plan he discusses with me, and looks at my chart and x-rays at every single adjustment so I am not getting the same adjustment each time I come in. I’ve been to 3 other chiropractors and have never had that happen. Since I’ve been seeing him (about 4 months) my sleep has greatly improved and I’ve only had one migraine! As a bonus he shares fun health related tips as he does my adjustments. You won’t be sorry if you choose Adapt Chiropractic Company (small, family run business where everyone knows your name). Update here! I was one week from having total knee replacement when I mentioned the surgery to Dr. D. He offered to adjust my knee and now it’s been almost a year since I was my surgery date (did not have the surgery) and with a couple of adjustments a month I am able to do yoga, walk and swim. It’s amazing. I am 80% pain free and the pain I do have is more soreness when I’ve overdone it. I HIGHLY recommend trying Dr. D. BEFORE surgery. In addition, since I started going to Adaptive Chiropractic Company, my husband and 3 siblings have started seeing Dr. D. and all are experiencing great results.

I have been in constant pain for years. My orthopaedic doctor said to start with physical therapy and if that didn’t work, we will try pain management, and if that didn’t work we would have to discuss surgery. I did try physical therapy, but that was a waste of time, and I didn’t want the other two options. My sister recommended Adapt Chiropractic. Dr. Doss and Lydia are fantastic. I have been going there for a month and my pain from degenerative disc disease has decreased significantly. I think it will only get better. I feel like I have my life back.Jeff

Update 2/26/26 I have hit my 1.5 year anniversary routinely seeing Dr. D and my chronic neck pain that had existed for at least 7 years has completely resolved. In the interim I am 1 year post right hip replacement and I continue to see improvement in my recovery that I directly attribute to my routine weekly appointments that help maintain my spinal alignment. My posture has improved and I feel probably better physically than I have in several years. Dr D also offers recommendations for healthy lifestyle options and directed me to a specialized strength training program that I started in October 2024 and have continued. He truly works holistically with patients. Plus his office staff and assistants are genuinely the kindest and most helpful peeps!
