The staff were always accommodating, greeting us with warmth and ensuring our needs were met, from check-in to check-out. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-equipped. For families, Pinnacle’s suites, especially the Standard Family Suite, provide more than enough room, while couples will enjoy the cozy, quiet atmosphere in the deluxe rooms with a view. I loved how close we were to White Beach – just a short walk and we were on the sand, ready to enjoy Boracay’s stunning waters. The food at the restaurant was also fantastic, with a good mix of local and international dishes. My only small critique would be that the location, while peaceful, is slightly removed from the central nightlife areas. But if you’re looking for a relaxing, scenic spot with top-notch service, Pinnacle Resort is perfect. Ms. Edrena and her team were always available to answer our questions, offer helpful suggestions, and ease any concerns we had. Their calm demeanor and expertise made the entire process so much less stressful. They handled everything with such grace and efficiency, even managing last-minute changes seamlessly. In addition to the venue, the on-site accommodations were fantastic. Our guests loved staying at this hotel and the convenience of having everyone in one place made the whole stay so much more enjoyable. Wonderful Stay, indeed! We were warmly welcomed at Pinnacle Boracay Hotel with complimentary drinks, and the staffs were exceptionally friendly throughout our stay! The room itself was spotless, spacious, and well-designed. Tapos favorite namin yung super duper comfortable na bed and makapal na blanket plus mabangong room. The view from the window was breathtaking, plus tahimik yung paligid since medyo dulo na siya ng station 1. The dining experience was also a top-notch, with delicious food options available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Alsooo, they made my birthday sooo special by surprising me with a cheese cake! Hotel is next to The Lind, in Station 1. Walking distance to the beach, very private and not crowded beach. But you gotta take the staircase down to the beach. Staff were friendly, we had a good stay in this hotel. Stayed from 24/7/24 to 27/7/24, need to pay deposit for P3,000. They have iron and ironing board but you gotta request and sign a form when they send to your room. Bottled water only provided once, the following days you have to get it from water dispenser at the corridor. Breakfast spread was ok, not much varieties but okay. They provide free etrike to D'Mall or to Robinson Shopping Mall. Nice place to stay with some privacy. Less
