By far the best sport I have enrolled my kids in. They teach discipline, confidence, defending yourself, strength, agility, and respect just to name a few. Prior to enrolling my son into Jujitsu he was shy, did not self advocate, and had no confidence. He has completely made a 180 and is now confident, speaks up for himself, and loves going to class. I've been practicing jiu-jitsu out of state for a year or two and signed up to train at CEV for a few weeks while here visiting family. I had a great experience!
