From my initial consultation with Doug, to food planning, and accountability texts / conversations, the trainers are truly driven to ensure you become the best version of yourself! Nate (trainer) quickly become a mentor of mine, taking personal interest in ensuring I am doing everything I can inside and outside the gym to be better. He’s easy to get along with, understands not everyone is the same, listens and you can genuinely feel his interest when you’re talking to him. Just got rolling at HIIT Quarters a few weeks ago and couldn’t be happier with the experience so far! Doug and Taylor run a great business and truly care about the members and the members’ experience. All the trainers are great. Nate is my guy and has helped me a lot early on. Brandon has been great too in the semi-private sessions.
Great place to work out. Have been doing it for 3 months and it has been very motivating. Lots of progress. Brandon is great to work with and pushes you every day!

My middle school aged children don’t care much or do any fitness exercising. They tried HIIT and now love coming here three times a week! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend HIIT Quarters in Rochester.
Great workouts that keep things interesting, Doug and Taylor (owners) are great, and I love the flexibility of being able to show up anytime during open hours to be able to get an excellent workout without having to plan it all out myself!

HQ is my happy place. Infinitely varied workouts that never fail to challenge and sculpt every muscle are just the start. As a busy full time working mom I have consistently struggled to find an efficient workout on my schedule until now! Running late - no big deal! Short on time? It’s only 30 mins! Plateau? Nope! Different every day. But best part? It’s like a family - Doug and Taylor are the best ❤️

HQ does a great job of tailoring unique workouts that are easy to follow. But I was still spending 23 hours per day outside the gym, eating poorly and in bad habits. I signed up for a 6 week nutrition program. I asked Doug to apply their exercise strategy to my food - just tell me what to eat and I'll eat it. My only parameter was that I wanted the approach to be something I could sustain permanently. In 6 weeks working with Doug, I lost 20lbs and I lost another 10 in the 6 weeks following, proving its sustainability. My workouts got incrementally better over the course of this period as well. If you're not in the top 1% of inherently self motivated people, HQ is an essential gym. Everyone there is present to put in work, and the familiar faces provide a natural sense of low-pressure accountability throughout the atmosphere. Then, working with the owners and/or trainers on a personal level provides the opportunity to choose your own experience depending on your goals. HIIT HQ has made a tremendous impact in my life. With the nutritional guidance and 30 minute workouts I was able to drop 17 pounds/10% body fat within the 6 week program. The flexibility and shorter workouts make it easy to fit into a busy schedule. The staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, encouraging, and welcoming. Couldn’t recommend HIIT HQ enough!

Hiit quarters works great with my busy work schedule, I can walk in anytime and start the circuit. The workouts change daily and in only 35-40 minutes you can burn 400-500 calories.

I joined with my friend in November. Along with a low carb, no sugar diet, I have lost 43lbs! Workouts are challenging but you feel good after. I challenge myself every visit. Some stations that I could not even do in November are now fun! My endurance has increased as my inches have decreased. Win win!

You will never find a better workout for the money! Hiit is the perfect combination of challenging, interesting, trainer led, appointment free workouts! These are "zero-entry" workouts that provide accommodations for every fitness level to start day one and work up to full technique over time.
