Me and partner came for a fermentation workshop and it was absolutely amazing.What i loved was that it was so relaxed, chris was so passionate and learned so much.The lunch was absolutely spot on and delicious.Pleased to say im now on my second batch of kamboucha and eating my way through my first batch of kimchi.Would thoroughly recommend

Took my son Mac to Rise Recovery for the first time today and honestly couldn’t fault the place.From the minute we walked in the staff made us feel really welcome and explained everything properly. Mac had compression boots, red light therapy, the red light sauna, cold water therapy and an ice bath as part of his recovery after a tough period of training.The whole setup is really professional and you can tell they genuinely care about helping athletes recover properly. Mac came out feeling fantastic afterwards both physically and mentally.Great atmosphere, great staff and somewhere we’ll definitely be returning to. Highly recommend for anyone involved in training, sport or just needing to focus on recovery and wellbeing.
