I have been to many yoga studios over the years, but not recently. The staff at R1SE have been so supportive, helpful and I have felt so welcome even though I am very out of practise (and shape). The variety of classes is amazing, and there is a class for everyone, regardless of their experience or expertise. I’m looking forward to attending classes here regularly. Less

I visited the studio to try the Fire, Breath, and Ice workshop, and it was an amazing experience! Chris was fantastic, guiding us with clear breathing techniques that turned the ice bath into an enjoyable experience. We also had the chance to try infrared light therapy, which was such a treat! The entire session left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I’d highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a unique wellness experience. And don’t forget to try their homemade kombucha, it’s absolutely delicious! Less
