Red light therapy was an amazing experience. Very calming and rejuvenating! The staff were very helpful and happy to answer any questions we had about the treatment and the other facilities available. Will definitely be repeating this experience! Less

Our guided experience with Macaulay was really lovely. It was very calming and we worked on breathing technics and really connecting with our bodies. Macaulay coached us on deep breathing while in the cold water bath which was really helpful as we hadn’t done it before and were nervous beforehand. The facilities were nice and everyone was friendly. I am hoping to try out the instead therapy next as well as some classes. Less

Had the best experience at R1SE. It was our first time and we booked the 75min fire and ice spa session with Jennifer. She guided us through the session, explained everything, answered all our questions and was super friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would recommend it.
