I went to the Fabulous Fermentation Workshop back in March (7 months ago) and thoroughly enjoyed it. Chris presented it really well, very informative, and the food was fantastic. This photo is this morning's work - making sauerkraut, kombucha and kimchi, so I'm still at it! I've even got my mum interested in the importance of fermented food.P.S. Thank you, Chris, for suggesting kimchi on cheese on toast - GAME CHANGER!
