Made in the Shade with another great job for us!! We purchased 5 motorized shades for our home and have had no trouble at all with them. They are beautiful and work very well. We wanted to upgrade to allow us remote control so we could adjust the blinds while out or away. Mitchell came out and explained the process for us and assisted in ordering the 'bridge' device needed for remote control. He helped us add the app to my phone and ran thru the different options for control.
