6 out of 5 stars. Miguel and Villar Auto Pros are awesome! I got A LOT of work done for my Mustang. Wrap, detailing, after-market parts, and more. They had my car for about 2 weeks (even though the work they did would normally take 3 weeks), and kept it safe in their warehouse while I traveled and focused on my work. They were very friendly, accommodating, and had reasonably flexible schedules (they are a business after all, and their people need time off too!). Miguel practically made me feel like a good friend. Miguel made sure to clearly communicate timelines and potential slow downs. He put A LOT of effort to message and call me all along the way. They also clearly explained what they can and can't do (I have an almost 12 year old Mustang with cosmetic issues, so they made sure to explain each step and potential drawbacks). They also honor their work and craftmanship. After my driver-side window and plastic trimming came loose, they asked me to come in, explained why the issue occurred, and immediately rectified it. Given the sheer amount of work I paid them to do, it's surprising that that was the only issue that came up! They did great. Despite potential limitations and expectation management, that did NOT stop them from working their asses off to make sure my car looked as good as it could. I'm pretty OCD and picky with my car, and they were the same way! If something didn't look right, they started over and did it again. The results were amazing! My Mustang came out looking clean and fresh! I even brought in some after-market parts that aren't part of their core services, and they offered to install them at a reasonable price. They are handy and experienced because of all the tear down and rebuilding they have to do for wrap and detail. Miguel was also reasonable with pricing. Since I was enlisting a lot of their services, he was willing to come down on the price of some things. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, I love the new look and feel of my Mustang. He assured me he would fix the issues.Although scheduling was challenging, Miguel accommodated me by allowing me to bring the car in on one of my days off. He worked on my car between other appointments to ensure it was completed promptly, which I greatly appreciated. Upon inspecting the car, Miguel immediately noticed the poor quality and assured me he would correct it.I also inquired about getting my sunroof tinted, as I had been considering it but hadn’t had the time earlier. Miguel offered to give me a quote if he had time to complete it that day. I got my camry detailed for the first time in 14 years. I paid $537.44 for headlight restoration (they said it was severe) and the gold interior detailing package. While the interior does look better overall (not that my car was super bad to begin), I guess I just feel a bit mislead by their promise of "Nothing goes Un-Touched." During final inspection, I pulled down the backseat drink holder which was still completely dirty (was not cleaned at all and they admitted to missing it). They promptly cleaned it, but not as good as if they had caught it from the beginning so the soap could thoroughly get the gunk out. I also noticed a gouge on my dashboard that was not there before...maybe their tool knicked it? Also noticed my mirror was dirty and some spots on my interior roof. They also needed to jumpstart my car. Pretty sure they drained my battery when doing headlight restoration because I drove straight to Autozone, tried to restart my car in the parking lot (it didnt work), and they said I needed a new battery. Paid another $200+ for that. Overall, I am was not impressed and feel a bit taken advantage of/swindled. Very expensive day... I took my Polestar 2 to San Antonio Auto Detailing for their Standard Coverage Paint Protection Film (PPF) package. Setting up the initial appointment was easy, where you walk around your car and explain your needs. You're able to customize options on the quote, delete services you don't want from the package, or even suggest additional services. After that, you set up your appointment to drop off the car. For my service choice (clear bra, side mirrors and B-Pillar coverage) I dropped off the car Friday morning and picked up the car Saturday afternoon. I picked up the car Saturday afternoon. The staff went over what was installed as well as details of the product used and warranty information. San Antonio Auto Detailing instructed me to make an appointment about 2-weeks out after the PPF has settled so they can inspect it and adjust the edges. Today, about 3 weeks after application, I took the car in for follow-up service. They went over every spot where PPF was applied and made final adjustments, ensuring a great-looking fit. I'm happy for the attention they gave me and my car, especially since they are familiar with the Polestar 2 as they've worked on several others recently. I'm also happy to have protection on the front of my car from driving along the highway through may areas where there is a lot of construction.
