I used a paint touch up pen to correct a few door scratches but it left some raised spots. They promptly cleaned it, but not as good as if they had caught it from the beginning so the soap could thoroughly get the gunk out. I also noticed a gouge on my dashboard that was not there before...maybe their tool knicked it? Also noticed my mirror was dirty and some spots on my interior roof. They also needed to jumpstart my car. Pretty sure they drained my battery when doing headlight restoration because I drove straight to Autozone, tried to restart my car in the parking lot (it didnt work), and they said I needed a new battery. Paid another $200+ for that. Overall, I am was not impressed and feel a bit taken advantage of/swindled. Very expensive day... I took my Polestar 2 to San Antonio Auto Detailing for their Standard Coverage Paint Protection Film (PPF) package. Setting up the initial appointment was easy, where you walk around your car and explain your needs. You're able to customize options on the quote, delete services you don't want from the package, or even suggest additional services. After that, you set up your appointment to drop off the car. For my service choice (clear bra, side mirrors and B-Pillar coverage) I dropped off the car Friday morning and picked up the car Saturday afternoon. I picked up the car Saturday afternoon. The staff went over what was installed as well as details of the product used and warranty information. San Antonio Auto Detailing instructed me to make an appointment about 2-weeks out after the PPF has settled so they can inspect it and adjust the edges. Today, about 3 weeks after application, I took the car in for follow-up service. They went over every spot where PPF was applied and made final adjustments, ensuring a great-looking fit. I'm happy for the attention they gave me and my car, especially since they are familiar with the Polestar 2 as they've worked on several others recently. I'm also happy to have protection on the front of my car from driving along the highway through may areas where there is a lot of construction. It was rough to the touch and felt like a high grit sand paper. I was not sure what to expect. When I first went there, they did a spot test and it came out okay. I figured If I had the whole care done it would look decent. Well, now my car shines all over and is silky smooth to the touch. There were several spots on the front bumper that has marks from scuffs, and now they are gone. They even did the wheels, shined the windows. Purchased there diamond package on my 09 Subaru Forester XT. This car had not had a deep clean in a long time so I went for there high package to get it looking good. I had my truck detailed and windows tinted by San Antonio Auto Detailing and could not be more pleased. They removed an absolute ton of bugs and did an amazing job on the interior. Even managed to get pet hair out of the carpet! My window tinting was flawless and application was faster than anticipated.

Was not completely happy with the whole experience. Unless you purchase a great package deal, your vehicle will not be as clean as it should be. A few things were not done right when I got my vehicle back, even the guy who brought it out noticed too. I will not be returning. Good luck to everyone else who goes. San Antonio Auto Detailing did amazing! They came to my house & we went with their mobile auto detailing, Executive Package. Definitely worth the pay! Brought in my 2018 Toyota Tundra to get a few scratches removed from all 4 doors. After getting my truck back, I am amazed at the excellent job Miguel and Evan did! The scratches are gone and the paint looks better then ever!!! Definitely taking my other vehicles to them.

I had never had my jeep detailed before and mind you it was sitting in West Texas for over 3 years, so it was really dusty and Evan and (I forgot his name sorry😣) his partner did sooo good I was very pleased with the results!!
