I get dry cleaning from them. Going there for a longtime. Under this new management the dry clean silk cloths looks like they are washed and not ironed. Have wrinkles on cloths. Otherwise good

I initially began using their services several years ago when their prices were $2.99. I recently went their with at least 20 items as usual. Without notification I received a ticket that charged $3.20. It’s not that the price increased its more about the lack of commitment to customers!!!! I do not appreciate not being informed

I want to take a moment to share why I am changing dry cleaners. I have been using Seville Cleaners for 12+ years and have had nothing but a fabulous experience. Suits, dresses are dry cleaned weekly, blankets/bedding every couple of months and never a problem. A few weeks ago, I returned from a trip out of town, and we dropped off a quality Blazer from Suit Supply $799.00 along with the rest of our items. When my wife got home, we realized that my jacket was on a regular wire hanger (not the sturdier one designed for jackets) and there was no plastic over it. I looked it over and there was a burn along the sleeve and back of the jacket. We went back to the store to show them and inquire about what happened. The lady insinuated that we had done this somehow, even though we had just picked it up. She stated they would review the cameras, their processes and such. I waited a couple of weeks only to get a phone call telling me that they didn’t do anything, there was no proof of anything on the cameras and as a matter of fact they had no record of ever servicing that jacket. But they would be happy to give me a store credit for the $65 cleaning charge. 12 years of loyalty, thousands of dollars spent – no longer. Less

After a closer inspection when I got home it appeared that two different people had worked on them. 4 shirts were perfect & 4 looked like someone has slept in them and one of thos 4 might be ruined. There are what appear to be air bubbles on the collar that appear to be from Using too hot of an iron. This store is under new ownership and they don’t come close to the quality of work or service that the previous owner provided. There are several cleaners that offer a similar price that I’ll try in the future. I tried calling the owner to request that my personal info be deleted from their system. Ironically, the phone number on the receipt was out of service & the one on their website rings once and disconnects you. Less

Fast service at great prices

We have been going to Seville for a long time. I was sad when the old owners left but new personnel are just as nice. Haven't met the Manager yet.

Sent my clothes out for 2 day cleaning instead of same day as requested. This stinks, but I understand people make mistakes. When I called and asked if they could locate the clothes and expedite the return for a wedding I was going to, the woman on the phone was rude, reluctant to help, and then hung up on me. This place is under new ownership and it shows. I will not be using them again.

Hands down the most economical cleaners I have ever utilized. Sadly, I no longer work in the area and am forced to use other companies for my cleaning needs. Friendly and honest staff.

No issues after going there for over two years, prices are reasonable and staff is always friendly. Drop it off on my way to work and it’s ready to be picked up on my way home.
