Chris and his colleague are professionals and did a wonderful job cleaning my carpet. I lived in a townhouse with 2 flights of stairs...stairs are not fun to do but they did a great job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We recently experienced water damage in our basement from a rain event. I called Filthy Masters and they called back almost right away. They were busy but later that day they came by to take a look and started right away. I believe that was a Sunday. They calmed us down and explained what they were going to do. We’ve never had to file a home insurance claim but they explained the insurance process to us which was an amazing bonus. They are professional, friendly and communication was awesome.
