BC Private was amazing to work with — for the booking and meal preparation. Chef Troy came in to prepare and serve a 5-course 50th birthday dinner and it was incredible. Not only was the food delicious, he also shared about Curaçao. This wasn’t “just another dinner”, this was an EXPERIENCE!!!! Fantastic. The administration left something to be desired, unfortunately— it felt very transactional. I was confirmed with another chef and was quoted extra for them but due to unforeseen circumstances they could no longer make it — they called me a little before their arrival to let me know of the situation. I understood. However, they still billed me for that chef even though another came in. When I asked about it, Carol responded but very transactional. I decided, I won’t argue about a misquote. But I will just say, be mindful of this and don’t be surprised if it happens to you too. Just be prepared to have someone come even if not your original selection. I am adding this here for transparency. This has zero reflection on Troy who was put in a bit of a last minute situation to make the best of an unfortunate situation.

Best experience and food I’ve ever had. Chef Brandon, Zoey, Sue and Ariana were amazing. The food was a 10 out of 10 but the overall experience was like having a meal with family. Book BCP chefs for all your meals when in Curaçao, you won’t be disappointed.
