Brandon and his assistant Jason did any outstanding dinner for us in our villa rental! We chose the local fish with the most wonderful lobster bisque, crab and avocado cocktail, and the key lime tart! Servers did not bring their own supplies…Luckily we had napkins otherwise we would have been out of luck. All in all, it was an ok experience but we would not re-book the service and our group would go out to eat instead.

I recently vacationed in Curaçao with a group of nine people. Chef Brandon and his team visited our rented villa and cooked delicious breakfasts for us every morning and prepared a spectacular indulgent dinner on our last night there. Chef and his team (I remember Yanely, Jason, and Chris; there were two other sweet ladies but I didn't get their names!) were professional, pleasant, punctual, friendly, and fun! They were nice enough to answer our questions, take pics with us, and give us some info on the island's history and attractions. And they cook so well! Every single dish was divine! My favorite breakfast items were the sausage, avocado & cream cheese wraps, waffles, pancakes, parfaits, eggs (OMG so good!), bacon, croissants, mimosas, and, well, it was all good and plentiful! For our dinner, we all had a tasty Caribbean salad. My appetizer was a puff pastry with seafood that was incredible. Like, I wanted more but I had more food coming. LOL! I also sampled a local dish called keshi yena with beef: delicious. My main entrée of sirloin steak with mushroom gravy was well-seasoned and tender and served on a bed of truffle mashed potatoes. Mmm! I had a large piece of moist red velvet cake for dessert and also sampled my husband's key lime tart. Both were delish! Oh, and Chef worked with a member of our party to arrange for a surprise birthday cake for her husband. It was a beautiful presentation! That balanced the saltiness of the chicken to get you a balanced earthy taste, and with the sweetness of the tostones, explosion of flavor. I had next the Capressa Mozzarella, where he actually made a sauce out of the basil leaf, without taking away the taste. In my opinion a better use of the basil leaf. My main course was sirloin steak cooked to perfection on a bed of mashed potatoes. (I secretly want this recipe :)) Finish of with my favorite desert Chocolate Cake! Went on a group trip with 12 people, I must say the experience with sensational. The food was amazing. It was served for courses, great lobster, bisque soup, and Italian bread was amazing. Second was some Dutch nuts in it. It was good third had a nice steak. I love cauliflower and broccoli with amazing. Desert was top tier.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience on Monday. He and his staff had a tasty curated menu including Lobster Bisque, Prime Rib over mashed potatoes and Red Snapper. Dessert was great too.
