loved every visit till i went on a tuesday and it was a doctor i never seen before. he did only half of what i usually get. hurt my neck when trying to crack it. felt stiffer when i left. love the place but i wont be going tuesdays or thursdays

I booked a visit with Dr. Kahanec and called ahead to ask directly whether my insurance covered the copay. The receptionist I spoke to assured me I was fully covered, no copay.When I arrived, they quoted me $260. I was then offered some sort of “deal” with $60/copay, but only if I agreed to a series of future visits. A real in-network copay doesn't change based on a verbal promise to keep coming back.I thought I was walking into a professional healthcare office, not a used car lot..
