The best thing about Recharge are the instructors and members. I was hesitant to start because of my age. I quickly discovered that there are a range of ages and abilities. I feel like I get receive good advice with encouragement. I wanted a mix of cardio, weight lifting and stretching, and I feel like I get that at Recharge.

Finally jumped on the Recharge train and I haven’t looked back since. Lizzy and her team of coaches are SO encouraging and really make it an enjoyable experience (especially waking up at 4:30am!). Love the variety of classes and times that are offered. I have learned so much already and excited to continue getting stronger! Would recommend to anyone! I was hooked after my first free workout. The community here is so encouraging and welcoming, which makes walking through the doors feel easy and motivating. The coaches make every class feel personal — always checking in, helping with form, and making sure you feel supported throughout the workout. Lizzy and team make something that used to feel intimidating feel approachable—and even fun. So glad I joined this gym.

If you haven't had the chance to take the opportunity to try a class to see what it's about you are definitely missing out!I have always disliked gyms because I don't really know what I'm doing and for fear of being judged from a distance. This place is all support, laughter at times and hard work always! I've tried the 5am, 515pm and 830am classes and every class is a fun experience from the coaches to the people!With so many different opportunities on times, finding an excuse to not go is very hard :)! But the coaches, they are the best! Try it for yourself, you won't regret it!

Starting at Recharge has been the best decision I've made in a long time. The Recharge community is supportive, encouraging, challenging, and FUN!! The workouts are great and the staff helps you perform the exercises correctly and modifies then to personal needs. From day one I’ve felt welcomed and supported. As someone who hasn’t worked out consistently since high school sports (over 20 years) they do a great job breaking down each workout and modifications if needed. Lizzy and the trainers are wonderful. I wish I would have started sooner!

The coaches know your name when you walk in the door. You feel belonging. Then, you get a great workout that can be modified for your strength and endurance. The community here is so fun and supportive. Best decision I have made recently. It's exactly what Vermillion needed.
