Installed Solar Panels, Inverters and Battery I first got quotes for solar panels from other suppliers over 5 years ago, but for various reasons was not satisfied with any of them. Recently I stumbled on Ramselec and was pleasantly surprised with the willingness to listen to our needs and wants and to design a system to suit us. Our many and varied queries were thoughtfully and carefully answered. Initially we decided to go "battery ready" but defer the battery until later, however by the time installation commenced, it looked like a better decision to go ahead with the battery which we did. Chris Ramsay and his team ensured that everything was done correctly and all (minor) problems promptly rectified. He installed an 11.4kW system (26 panels) and 9.7kWh battery using SolarEdge which is working well, so well in fact that we added another 8 panels (total 15.2kW. 34 panels). So far the bills look like being negative - at least for the summer! With luck we will build up enough credit to see us through the winter. At the end of May, 22 panels and 10kw inverter are installed perfectly according to our plan. Chris and Rhys have done an amazing job installing the system. Rhys found a cracked roof tile before the installation. They tried to fix it for me on the day. However, they couldn't repair that pre-existing broken tile due to the rain. Chris came back three days later, diagnosed the tile crack is too big to repair, and offered a free tile replacement in the coming days after he get the stock. WOW. This kind of customer service and caring is totally beyond our expectation. We are very happy that we have chosen Ramselec. Our objective was to install the biggest possible single phase system our roof would allow, given the obstacles already present on our roof (solar pool heating and skylights) Ramselec were able to provide a detailed quote/design of a suitable sized system of 13 kilowatts split over two arrays north and east. The installation crew were great and very pleasant to deal with and showed great respect to the care of our property both inside and out, no mess left onsite and even cleaned out the gutters (no screws or off cuts of cable/ties left in gutter). Ramselec’s site manager/installer Rhys was fantastic throughout the whole process, and dealt with any issues that arose during the Install and made sure we were 100% percent happy Rhys actually went above and beyond to achieve this!! Would highly recommend Ramselec, great prompt service ,very helpful throughout the entire process . Came out measured my roof and accomodated the panels where I wanted them. Took their rubbish with them and even fixed a security camera and tv antenna for me . With all the nightmare stories out there about solar panel companies I was so happy I had these guys work on my home.

Chris came out and measured my roof for a free quote, Anthony, Chris and the boys did a fantastic job installing, made sure the process of applying for rebates was easy and made sure everything was perfect before they left.
