Buckmasters did an air conditioning install on my home. I am having a few issues and I have emailed and called Scott and for some reason nobody calls me back. I think they are trying hard to not call me back because maybe the year installment warranty will pass and then they won’t have to do nothing. If John Buckmaster is reading this, please tell your employees to fix what they have done. Scott and Jose will know what I’m talking about.

Note that I only gave a star cause its the lowest option. There will never be an option for how I want to rate this horrible company. A year ago we had a water heater blow and they took a month to get to us. And even when they did fix the stuff and got it all cleaned up we found out that the cold and hot waters were crossed. They took 2 weeks longer to get it fixed. Now we have been waiting for them to show up for 2 weeks to fix an unknown leak location and we have been told that they are still "working on the schedule." WHAT KIND OF SCHEDULE TAKES 2+ WEEKS TO FIGURE OUT!!!! I know a lot of people who take my word when I report failures and idiocy and these guys are now on that list. Btw at the time of this post we are **>>STILL<<** waiting for work to get started.
