I really appreciate the variety each session brings. While the workouts are challenging they are scaleable which is crucial for me as I am a new mother easing her way back into fitness 💪🏻. The coaches are attentive, supportive and knowledgeable about postpartum considerations and always ensure that I feel safe and confident during my workouts! Overall this is an amazing community and I’m excited to get and be stronger!

Let me start by saying one of my top priorities is finding a local CrossFit. I got my level I back in 2010 and I’ve worked out in plenty of boxes. So let me cut to the chase. Gene is absolutely one of the best. The facility is perfect for CrossFit and the coaching is primo. I don’t know what else to tell you. If you do CrossFit or you’re looking to try it this is the place. I’ll see you there.Foundry CrossFit offers unlimited and open access, which I really like it and highly recommend this gym. I can take as many classes as I want and use the facilities anytime. The people are friendly and supportive. The coaches are all very good and experienced. No one is phoning it in. After I moved here to the desert I tried all the local CrossFit gyms and like this one the best. Come on in and check it out.

I’ve grown so much since joining The Foundry CrossFit. Getting back into shape has been an amazing experience, and the coaches are always supportive. Whenever I’ve had an injury, they’ve modified workouts without judgment and made sure I could keep progressing safely.The 9:00 AM class is my favorite!!The community is uplifting, encouraging, and makes every workout enjoyable. Foundry CrossFit feels on par with other gyms, and Gene and his team make you feel right at home. The atmosphere is welcoming and supportive, making it a great place to get your sweat on. The value for money is fair, but the vibe keeps me coming back.

My husband and I are long time Crossfitters. We travel quite a bit. Last winter and this winter, we've come to Palm Desert and dropped in with weekly passes to Crossfit Foundry. We have dropped into dozens of gyms around the world. Foundry is something special. There's an excellent community vibe. The coaching is really top notch. Often, as a drop-in guest, you get left alone by the coaches. Not at Foundry. We got attention, cues and corrections, and accommodations for my husband's nagging injury. I can't recommend Foundry enough!

Foundry offers an inviting atmosphere. The coaches provide detailed feedback to improve form or tips to work efficiently. I started as a drop in and have continued to train here. Coach Gene has created a supportive environment and a program/gym that gets results.

Coach Gene is the consummate CrossFit coach. He’s meticulous on proper form/safety and gives great scaling options. All the other coaches under his tutelage are great in their own rights. The Foundry community is very supportive and not overly competitive. There are new members joining all the time and a lot of drop ins as well which is a testament to Coach Gene’s program at Foundry.

Knight is an outstanding coach. He seems to have unending energy and patience, and his knowledge and attention to detail make every workout both challenging and empowering.
