I can’t recommend Fitter & Faster enough. Jo goes above and beyond to support every single client, and it truly shows. I’ve been attending for six months now, and I’ve loved every minute. Not only have I seen great results, but the supportive, welcoming community Jo has created makes it something I genuinely look forward to every week. It’s such a positive environment, and that’s all down to her dedication and passion.

Favourite place to train! The people, the coaches, the fun vibe, great variety of classes & times to suit everyone, a nice variety of equipment, no judgement. Welcoming environment that caters for all clients with different goals, abilities, & injuries. Very knowledgeable, motivating & supportive coaches. Jo is very knowledgeable with her nutrition & guidance. Best place in town!! 🙌

Commenced training at Fitter Faster after awhile away from the gym and it immediately felt like home!! Amazing facility, awesome trainers and super supportive clients, it’s what keeps people coming back time and again. Since joining FitterFaster i have never felt better!! I am feeling more confident, i’m making better food choices and training consistently!! I am now 11kg down since i started. I have also just completed the Transform in 4 nutrition challenge and am feeling great and saw amazing results. When i first signed up to FitterFaster i was really nervous, but that soon changed after my first session, everyone was very friendly, supportive and encouraging and it is such an amazing environment! I can honestly say that joining FitterFaster is one of the best decisions that i have made yet!!!!! Would hands down recommend FitterFaster to anyone, and if you are on the fence about joining up i would say go for it and you definitely wont regret it 🤩Update - 13/2/26Now just ticked over 100 workouts at Fitterfaster and loving it. I feel stronger and better than ever. The different classes and programs on offer are amazing and Jo and the coaches are incredible!!! Would 100% recommend Fitterfaster to anyone and for anyone sitting on the fence, jump right in and you won’t regret it 🙌🏼

Absolutely love this gym! The coaches are knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely care about your progress. The environment is very inclusive and welcoming, no matter your fitness level. I’ve not only seen results but can truly feel the difference in my strength and fitness. So glad I joined!

I’ve been going to the gym for a few years now and thoroughly enjoy my early morning sessions. Each session is different and caters for everyone with different abilities and goals. My fitness levels have improved significantly. Can’t thank Jo and the team enough.

Joined Fitter Faster 12 months ago and have loved the entire fitness program that Jo and her capable instructors continually provide. All the instructors and other clients are super friendly and supportive. The additional nutrition and eating support is amazing and has helped me feel so much stronger and healthier. Since joining Fitter Faster I haven't looked back.I am now 20 plus kg down from when I first joined.Great supportive and encouraging coaches/trainers with great classes and generally a great place to train.I felt welcome, supported and progressed at a sustainable speed without being pushed to a point I didn't want to go back like I had experienced at other gyms.And with great results.I've maintained my fitness and kept my weight down and am now working on my strength aswell.Work is easier, life in general is easier.Jo and her team do a great job.I highly recommend you give Fitter Faster a go if you are keen to improve your health and well-being.With a great starting package why not give it a trial.I'm sure like myself it's a lifestyle change you won't regret.

Such a wonderful group of people to train with. Doesnt matter what journey you're on, everyone is so welcoming and encouraging. Some how you manage to leave in pain from belly laughs even when being pushed to your max. You can tell Jo lives and breathes her vision.

A well thought out gym with experienced instructors to cater for your fitness goals may they be large or small in a supportive environment. Small classes also offered with up to 6 clients creates a tailored experience. especially when recovering from injuries, highly recommended!
