Excellent class as always. The instructors know how to “read the room”, deliver an applicable lesson, and ensure all levels attending the class are able to practice and apply lesson with various opponents. All while making the gym feel like your second home.

I’ve been training at Athens Jitsu since it started several years ago. It has been my home school ever since. Instructors and owners are phenomenal. It’s a friendly humbling atmosphere of folks I call family. If you want to be involved with something that’s going to push you out of your comfort zone and learn some awesome skills, I highly recommend. No, you’re more than likely not too old. No, you’re not too out of shape. And yes, you should definitely try it out!!! 👊🏻
