I’m glad I took advantage of the free class that’s available. I had never taken a workout class and I wanted to challenge myself so I did it and the best part is that the coaches are helping me modify some exercises to my needs. I have enrolled and love it! I joined this gym 4 months postpartum and it has been a life changer! I’ve been attending for 8 months now and I’m feeling better than ever. The trainers and staff are always kind, patient and super helpful. They teach you form and techniques to maximize your performance and get the best out of your workout. Definitely recommend.

Aside from my gym back home this is by far the best gym I have ever been to! I was in town for work this week and luckily found this gym! The owner is absolutely fantastic and the trainer is amazing! This gym has changed my life! It is worth EVERY penny! I have personally been going consistently for the last 6 months and the results are out of this world. Fun place for an effective workout

The only gym I’ll go to now! My biggest struggle has always been having the motivation and knowing what to do when I workout. LifeFit does a amazing job keeping me motivated throughout the workout by changing it up every week and having encouraging trainers. It’s great for every fitness level. Modifications are made for every level so don’t be nervous to try it out.

The entire team at Life Fit does a great job. I appreciate that the sessions are organized, on-time and Coaches are very engaged with the class. Also the App and scheduling works well! Improvements? Great gym with very professional and caring trainers! They take the time to get to know you on an individual level (without pressuring you to join) There is a feeling of community here - especially between the members! When I decided to make a change in my life I was looking for a gym that can be different from others, that can make feel like going back everyday! It took me a class to be sure this was the one and I have been going for almost 3 years, the coaches are amazing and the classes are so good and in a safe distance. I highly recommend it!!

I been working out at Life Fit Gym-Champion for five months now and I am super happy with the results I am seeing in my body. I have lost weight, gain strength and confidence. The trainers are all excellent. They really help you get the most of your workouts, specially Felix every time I work out with him I knew that I would sweat that my HR would be at it MAX.

Trainers are very helpful. The workout is TOUGH but they help out beginners by offering modifications if you need them. Very focused on giving individual attention to anyone struggling. Anyone can do this. It’s hard but nothing worth it is easy. I recommend trying the free class and see for yourself. I’m only only my 3rd class but I’m sticking with it!

I am a currently an attendee at this gym its a great place to workout, the classes are decently sized and the instructors are hands on. They are on top of people to help them avoid injury by teaching proper lifting methods.
