I rented my family of 4 the Pacifica minivan for an out of state trip. It was a breeze renting from GoCar! We just picked up the van and filled out the short survey & dropped it back off during closed hours and followed the instructions. I would rent from GoCar again!

I rented from them on a Sunday, especially on a short notice. Other than the fact that I have to reserve it 2 hours before hand, I have no complaints. Meagan helped me through the process of getting the rental thoroughly. Great SUV and it was clean and a smooth ride.

I put down a deposit on a vehicle found out hours after that the wild fires which would be considered and act of God, caused the air quality in the area i was driving to was gonna be terrible so my host, which was canceled. I had no control of this so I contacted the company representative and they told me my 600 dollars was non refundable?? How can that be when I requested cancelation day of. If I am not getting a vehicle how are you still entitled to my money hours after I contacted you? This event will not happen so I will not need a rental in the future either aka no need for a credit.

Never rent a vehicle from this company there was rotted food left in that smelled stale smoke burn holes everywhere leaking oil which we had to put oil in the owner would not work with us as any sort of resolution and to spend that much money for one week is absolutely unacceptable. I would never recommend this company to anybody.

I had some issues on the website initially and the customer service from the FDL GoCar was great! She was away for business and still able to text with me to help, even called to work out my issue and get me into a great rental right away. I highly recommend giving this place a shot if you're in need of a car!

I like the affordability they provided for the type of vehicle I rented and the fact they are available 24 hours a day.The only negative is they didn’t provide an easy solution for me to pick up and drop off the rental when I couldn’t get anyone to get me there and to pick me up when I turned in the rental.

They were going to charge me an extra day for being one hour early to pick up the vehicle. "No thanks I'll just wait in the lobby until pickup time". "We don't have a lobby, and give us your credit card".I dont think so. They just lost my business to enterprise.They're overpriced and do not accommodate. I recommend to use enterprise instead for any travel nurses.

Originally rented a Hyundai kona, when I got in it smelled very bad and there was sticky residue everywhere, I said whatever and started my drive. Stopped at a store 40 minutes into my drive and when I went to start the suv up ALL of the dashboard lights were on. I called and Megan answered, she was very helpful and told me to bring the vehicle back and gave me a trade out of the Ford escape, I have absolutely no complaints for the escape it was wonderful. Only other complaints is i asked for proof I was renting the escape and was told no it'll be fine. Not sure if I will ever rent from this company again.
