I liked that she was a local broker and we were able to establish face to face meet, greet, and run through different scenarios for down payments and VA loan. She was always responsive via text, phone calls, or on line. I liked all the ease of the E-signature and the E-Mail keeping me up to date on documents required for upload as well as the loan process. When the builder required me to go through their preferred mortgage broker to get me the best rates for the community, she adjusted her rate to meet the same parameters. She was also present at my closing which I appreciated. I'm old school and liked the personal interaction and ease of working with her, I felt completely supported through the entire process.
