Cannot say enough good things about UNITS Cincinnati and the owner Steve! After lots of research and comparing portable pod companies - I initially chose UNITS because their pricing was BY FAR the most clear and transparent. I did not have a single cent charged that I was not aware of from the start. On top of that, they were the cheapest out of every company I compared. Steve personally reached out to me immediately following my (very easy) online quote and he was who I communicated with throughout my entire rental period. At one point I even reached out to the general customer service email because I didn't want to bother the owner - and much to my surprise, steve was the one who responded back to my email! The customer service from here is UNMATCHED. The drop off was seamless, even though we lived on a narrow, dead end street that can be difficult for large vehicles to get in and out of. The move from our old house to our new house was, again, seamless - with clear communication before it was moved. They put the pod exactly where I asked and with the doors facing the way I requested. We ended up being done with the pod a few days earlier than expected and Steve had it moved the next day after I texted him to say we were done early. Getting a portable pod was absolutely the right choice for our move and I am so glad we chose UNITS for the job!

Steve has been amazing to work with. I needed a storage container to move things from my old home to my new home. I had some issues come up that required expediting the delivery of the container, he was able to get everything rearranged to suit my schedule.
