I am finding I am so angry, this is difficult to write all I want to say that is terrible about this company!!! The company apparently hires salesman who don't know what they can and can't offer the customer (which I heard from Steve at SES). Story: I bought a hot tub at one of their shows, I'm in SC and they are based in FL (bought at show in savannah-30 mins from my house). I was told that someone who help me set up the hot tub and go over the chemicals. That was not the case, the guys dropped it off and that was it. After hooking it up, the control panel was what they called "lagging", when in fact, it was nonresponsive. When selecting to "go back" from a particular screen, it would not...not turn off jets when selected. Since they didn't have any technicians in my area, the problem was ignored. That is until the hot tub started tripped the breaker after being on only 2 weeks. Set up 3rd week of October, tripping breaker 1st week of November...no technician until 1st week of December. Mind you, I hadn't been able to get the chemicals right, so in all that time we had used our "eat to set up and maintain" hot tub one time ONE TIME (when we had first put water in it). I asked that they come take the thing back because it is just not like it was described. Of course, they don't take returns. We've been through the BBB when they have called me a liar and the worst customer ever. They mention these great ratings that they and MasterSpas have, but check it out, they aren't so great! Now, not even 6 months after having the product, decals are falling off and the speaker screws are rusting. I'm sure it's my fault. All I can close with is if you are looking to purchase a hot tub, or they make it look great at a show...LEAVE...go to your local pool store and talk to them about getting one or call an attorney before you EVER sign anything they set in front of you.

Bought my spa at a show in St. Lucie County. I had been looking for this type of product as an alternative to an in-ground pool. The sales people were very helpful and accommodating. It took a long while to get my water clear and "healthy" but, through Steve's diligence and patience, I preserved and now I love it.

My husband and I purchased a hot tub at the South Florida Fair through South East Spas. The sales people were great, hot tub was delivered as promised, however it did not come with a owners manual and had to go online to print out my own manual. Has anyone else had this issue? Makes me wonder how customer service would be if needed in the future.

My husband and I bought a hot tub from this dealership. We paid to have the product delivered and hooked up. When they arrived, the cord was missing. They would not return our phone calls to resolve the issue for three days. When they finally did, they set up an appointment, later to call back saying now they are out of cords to plug it in? Now we are sitting with a hot tub in our backyard that we paid cash for that is not functional. This could have been avoided if proper planning was in place. I regret buying from South East Spas.

We bought a Master Spa Swim Spa through a Spa Show in Tallahassee Florida and South East Spas fulfilled the order. We love our Swim Spa!! Money well spent!

Years of relaxing spa use in my Master Spa from South East Spa. Installation was smooth and the owner came out personally to make sure I was satisfied. I've gotten excellent advice on keeping my Spa in shape with parts and chemicals. Thank you guys

So, after having tried unsuccessfully various fixes that SES suggested, we've asked them to remove the spa from our home and to return our money. They don't want to do so and, now when we call, they hang up on us. Thus, as SES does not stand behind its products and treats its customers in a completely unprofessional manner I recommend that you refrain from doing business with them."

My wife and I purchased a Retreat Hot Tub from South East Spas and we are very pleased with it. The representative that sold us the spa was very professional and made us feel very comfortable and was not pushy. We purchased the hot tub while attending Florida's Strawberry Festival this year. Our friends that attended the festival with us, they also purchased the same hot tub that day. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a hot tub.

Please remove my name from your post. Up until this point I have been patient and polite when speaking to the associates at south east spas, and I will continue to do so. However posting a clients personal information online is extremely un professional and speaks directly to the character of the business owner. It is true that my wife and I purchased a refurbished spa, unfortunately thats all we could afford. But we were given every assurance that the spa had been thoroughly inspected and functioned like it should. This was most definitely not the case, and after immediate attempts to return the equipment we have been told that we are out of luck. So I would not recommend them.... To anyone.
