After buying a Hot Tub (Twilight Series) from Southeast Spas-a month later we purchased a Chiily Goat Cold Plunge tub from them as well. I would not have made the second purchase unless I was totally pleased with the sales, delivery and install of my first purchase. Sales: Shaun was the best when making our decision on the hot tub and subsequently, the cold plunge unit. Delivery: in both cases, the units were delivered when they said it would be at out home. Delivery was smooth and quick which is surprising when you consider the size of the units being handled, but they knew their job. Electrical: Installation is all important and we used the recommended electrician, MES Electrical. This company does nothing but Hot Tub/Cold Plunge installs-so, they are good at what they do. On time, very fair pricing and the quality of work was great and to code. Mark Spoor and his team did our Hot Tub install and I made sure they did our Cold Plunge install as well because of their good service and communication with us. Our family appreciates all the help we received from SE Spas! PS: if you have not tried a Cold Plunge-give it a try! Bill Clement

My husband and I purchased a hot tub from Master Spa, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. When I bought the tub, they assured me that the necessary chemicals for maintenance were bromine, even giving me some to take home. However, using these chemicals ended up corroding the entire hot tub, leaving it in ruins. When I reached out to Master Spa to rectify the situation, they refused to take responsibility or offer any assistance in fixing the damage they caused. Their lack of accountability and unwillingness to make things right is beyond disappointing. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from Master Spa to stay far away. Their misleading information and refusal to address their mistakes make them nothing but a bunch of frauds. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable company that actually cares about its customers.

I want to thank the crews of Southeast Spas. From sales of Shon and Assistant Manager Todd to the installation of the spa. And office Customer Service of Alisa. Three separate crews came out today to deliver the Green Egg which was setup for me by Blake (can't remember the name of the other gentlemen), another named Rob did the installation of the cover bracket and another named Tommy did the safely handle rail installation. Tommy even went the extra mile to install a non-slip adhesive tape on the steps that I had. Really appreciate these individuals for outstanding customer service and installation. I highly recommend Southeast Spas. If you're in the market to purchase a hot tub spa, go see them, you won't be disappointed.

We purchased a 5 person spa a couple years ago at a Home Show in WPB and waited a year for it to be built - first time owners. After the sale and they got our money - that’s where it ended. No one explained anything to us. We used their recommended electrician (MES Electric) - paid $2100 to have the electrical done. we’ve had to have SE Spas to come out twice for the same loose part… 2nd time cost us $210. The 2nd time is when we learned MES Electric never grounded/bonded the wiring/tub! And for some unknown reason spliced the wiring…and left trash inside the unit! so now we have to pay $2000 to have it redone the correct way and have it grounded! And to top it off - it’s not even up to code! The electrical box is maybe 2 feet away from the tub.

I"ve had my swim spa for a little more than two years when it developed a small leak. I called SE Spas and was told it wasn't under warranty which I already knew. They said a technician would call me to set up an appointment, no one called. So today when I called back to ask, they said, I hadn't paid for the service call so it was never set up. They didn't ask to be paid ahead of the visit. They are quick to sell a $30,000 spa and slow to respond to a service request, which by the way, i'm happy to pay for. I don't recommend them as they and very unhelpful after the sale.

Nothing made any sense, and the little booklet does a poor job of describing the process that is not really simple but it sounds like it should be. I had a leak in a new hot tub and once I finally was able to speak to someone they sent a repairman the next day to fix it. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because I had to call 5 times before getting someone on the phone. I left 2 messages and never got a call back. I guess the key is calling until someone picks up. The repairman was great.

Ill give three stars for now and adjust later if needed. Bought a Spa from 'South East Spas' at an Expo here in Melbourne, FL. Just a small little thing. A TS240. SES helped me out of a jam as the Spa was being delivered to me newly built home ... whcih was not ready yet. So they held onto it. Then sold it and built be another. I added some options to the second spa. House was still delayed when it came time to delivered the second Spa. but we finially closed in September. Well unknown to me the finanance company was no longer holding the loan open and wanted 18% on a new account. So hit my HELOC to get the thing delivered. And deliver it they did ... but it was dirty from either sitting outside of in the warehouse to long. Also no paperwork ... just drop and go. So now I am paying someone to clean up the tub, and electrician to wire it in, and we'll see if we have a working tub as expected after that.

I am very satisfied with a Legends Master Spa repair done by Tommy from South East Spas. He diagnosed problems that were tripping my breaker: circulation pump and master pur system. Replaced the pump and flickering LED lighting module. Everything works great now! And Tommy ensured I got credited for what was under warranty. Thank you!
