Top-notch service from start to finish! We booked Sachs for prom, and Stephen took exceptional care of my daughter and her nine friends for the entire evening. He transported them from East Cobb to Piedmont Park for photos, then on to dinner, the Fox Theatre, and safely back home.Stephen truly went above and beyond, arriving right on time and patiently waiting over an hour in the heat while the girls finished getting ready. He then navigated a full evening of stops across the city, ensuring everyone made it home without a hitch. What stood out most was his professionalism and kindness; he kept parents updated throughout the night and maintained a positive, friendly attitude the entire time. OH and the black luxury van was SPOTLESS inside out - in the thick of pollen season!!I can’t recommend Sachs highly enough; an outstanding experience all around!

Sachs transport exceeded all expectations. They picked my mom up from her home and took her to a scheduled hospital appointment. They went above and beyond by checking-in on her to make sure that she knew exactly when they would arrive and waited 10 mins until the doors open. They are A+++
