I've been going to Golden Square dental for quite some time now. 2019, I decided to get my teeth straightened using invisiline. It was 18 months and I was going in every 2 weeks to get my new retainers, so I've spent quite a bit of time at golden square dental. The experience was great and the payment plan made the operation very affordable. I then got my two front teeth knocked out during footy training and needed root canals and eventually two crowns. Both operations went very well and I had nothing to complain about. A few years passed and one of my front teeth that was hit during footy training completely fell out from the foundation, this meant that I needed to get an implant. The implant process takes about 12 months and at the end of it the screw didn't take and I had to redo the entire operation, because it is an expensive operation ($7000) I wasn't looking forward to paying that amount again. Because the implant did not take hold, Mithun did the operation again free of charge. Mithun is the dentist I've seen every time, I saw Dr Brody a few times when he was overseas learning new dental procedures and technology. Dr Brody was fantastic. Mithun owns two practices in Bendigo and one in Castlemaine, he constantly attends PDs and goes over seas to improve his craft and it is evident in the quality of his work. He also creates a good culture in his work place often hosting end of year celebrations at his own house for his employees. We spend the first 10 minutes of each session catching up and talking about our family and work. He remembers my friends and other things about my life which shows he has a genuine interest and care in his patients that even when considerable time can pass between appointments he recalls conversations we've had. Sometimes he has to pause mid operation because we are trying to maintain a conversation. The dental assistants and receptionists are great. I take my 2 year old son in with me, for some exposure, and they interact with him and give him little toys and gifts. The environment in the waiting room is nice and relaxing. I can't see myself going to any other dentist unless I move. I don't often do Google Reviews, but when I find a competent business it is important to inform others of this business so they can benefit like I have.

Dr Mithun & his team, including dental assistants & front desk receptionists, were fantastic to work with. I was always very well informed with my procedures. Brodie was our dentist and he was absolutely amazing. My eight year old daughter had to get a tooth extracted and he provided her with the best care possible. Highly recommend Golden Square Dental.

Hi , my name is Tony, I visited Golden Square Dental yesterday to have an upper tooth repaired. After the anaesthetic was dabbed on , I didn’t feel the needle which numbed the gum so Brodie could do his expert work to do the job, along with the good supporting assistant with mouthwash, glasses, and water suction, I’m so happy with Golden Square Dental 😁

I have returned to Dr Metin Shetty after a few years absence .My experience with him yesterday reminded me why I made that decision . He is friendly, compassionate and most of all he is an excellent dentist who immediately puts your fears to rest. The nursing staff are equally beautiful I would recommend this dental practice to anyone

I looked for a dentist who was close to home , did same day crowns & could check and clean. Golden Square Dental ticked all the boxes. Dr Brodie was really great and very gentle explaining what was being done.
