Been working out at NXT4life for a few wks now and already fully into it. It’s group fitness with a personalized approach. I never lifted weights before and already feeling stronger. This is part of my new fitness routine that moves quickly and while challenging, I find it enjoyable. And I love how we all share and applaud everyone’s individual achievements. It’s a great workout environment. And love Kayla! She’s sooooo fab, dedicated to what she does and really cares about the community she created!

My boys, ages 10 & 12, have been doing fitness training at NXT4 for the past few weeks, and they've really been enjoying it. It's a fun, engaging way for kids to work out while learning the fundamentals of fitness in a safe, age-appropriate environment. We really like that they're being taught the basics the right way, from proper posture and form to using weights correctly, so they're building good habits from the start. The coaches are great. They're knowledgeable, encouraging, and focused on making sure each kid has a solid foundation before progressing. The program is modern and interactive, and the tech they use to track each child's fitness accomplishments is a great motivator for them. They actually look fwd to going, and it's been wonderful to see their confidence and enthusiasm for fitness grow alongside kids their own age.

I’m so glad to have found NXT4. If you’re serious about challenging yourself and building strength, endurance and fitness in a supportive environment, this is the place to be. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and really help through subtle corrections to form which results in effective gains while ensuring safety in the process. The equipment and facility are always clean which is a great plus.

My daughter has been coming here for 2 weeks for their Teen program and she loves it. Great training and trainers. Affordable plans and everything was explained to me about the program before signing up. I would definitely recommend the training if you’re looking to give your athlete the upper hand.

After visiting several gyms in the Glen Cove area, we decided to sign up with NXT4 Life Training. The trainers are very friendly and make you feel great, but most importantly, they are highly professional. They are always motivating and guiding you on how to perform exercises correctly to prevent accidents or injuries, while ensuring you get the maximum benefit in terms of strengthening and calorie burning. Highly recommended.
