I love this gym, I was scared coming in after years of not working out. I was met with warm, professional and knowledgeable trainers that take the time to direct and push just enough to inspire me to do more. Incredible classes with amazing teachers! I’m already seeing such a difference just four weeks in, and as someone who has always loved working out from home, this is exactly the push I needed. The classes are fun, the format is incredible, and most importantly the Support from the instructors is like nowhere else I’ve seen in the area. Every time I finish a class, I can’t wait to come back for the next.

Hands down the best gym for strength training. Every coach is incredible, the energy and music are top-tier, and they actually know your name when you walk through the door (small touches that make a difference).With small classes and two coaches circulating to check form and provide adjustments, you get amazing personal attention. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, you'll feel supported here. Highly recommend checking it out, your first class is on the house!

I had a great experience with this training program, its trainers and the facility. Everything was run efficiently and professionally with knowledgeable, experienced trainers, who clearly understand how to get the best out of each participant I especially appreciated how carefully the program was structured around individual goals and specific targets. Been working out at NXT4life for a few wks now and already fully into it. It’s group fitness with a personalized approach. I never lifted weights before and already feeling stronger. This is part of my new fitness routine that moves quickly and while challenging, I find it enjoyable. And I love how we all share and applaud everyone’s individual achievements. It’s a great workout environment. And love Kayla! She’s sooooo fab, dedicated to what she does and really cares about the community she created!

My boys, ages 10 & 12, have been doing fitness training at NXT4 for the past few weeks, and they've really been enjoying it. It's a fun, engaging way for kids to work out while learning the fundamentals of fitness in a safe, age-appropriate environment. We really like that they're being taught the basics the right way, from proper posture and form to using weights correctly, so they're building good habits from the start. The coaches are great. They're knowledgeable, encouraging, and focused on making sure each kid has a solid foundation before progressing. The program is modern and interactive, and the tech they use to track each child's fitness accomplishments is a great motivator for them. They actually look fwd to going, and it's been wonderful to see their confidence and enthusiasm for fitness grow alongside kids their own age.
