Fahad did an amazing job tinting, ceramic coating, and applying Xpel PPF to the entire front end and rocker panels of my BMW X6. I’ve had several cars film protected by different shops and Fahad’s work has been the best…the film was trimmed perfectly, edges folded where possible and no bubbles whatsoever. He also provides service after the sale requesting you to come back 2 weeks after the application so he can double check his work after it cures and provide any necessary touch ups. He warranties all his work too! Great way to run a business and shows that he cares about his customers and their satisfaction. Helps that he is a super nice guy too. My work schedule is not very flexible, so this helped me out a lot. We set a time of 1PM. He was early, as was I, and brought my truck in within minutes. He’s friendly, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all questions I had, and made me feel comfortable having him work on my vehicle. The shop was laid out professionally, and had a comfortable place to relax while he was at work. You get what you pay for, and I definitely see that with his business. He uses good products, well-tuned techniques, and worked in a timely fashion. The work is impeccable. I would’ve given them 5 stars if it wasn’t for this one issue. When it was time to pay I wanted to use a credit card. There was a $25 fee for using a credit card. The only way to avoid that fee would’ve been to use Zelle. Had I known this upfront I would’ve gone somewhere else. They should tell customers upfront that they’ll have to pay a $25 fee. Less
