I had an excellent experience at the Brickell location (777 Brickell Avenue). Melissa was exceptionally professional, patient, and courteous throughout the entire process. Because of my work as a nurse, my fingerprints were very difficult to capture due to extremely dry hands. Rather than rushing through the appointment, she patiently worked with me finger by finger, applying a product and taking the time needed until we were finally able to obtain clear prints. Her attention to detail, calm demeanor, and commitment to providing excellent service made what could have been a frustrating experience remarkably smooth. I truly appreciate her dedication and highly recommend Melissa and the team at the Brickell office.

From start to finish, this was such an amazing experience. The office is absolutely beautiful and located in one of the most stunning buildings in Brickell. I was helped by the sweetest/loveliest woman (Melissa), who guided me through the entire process with so much professionalism, kindness, and efficiency while still making me feel completely comfortable and welcomed.I was in a complete rush to get my fingerprints done, and they were able to give me a same-day appointment, which was incredibly helpful.
