What a breath of fresh air. Atlas Mobile RV Service really came through. Rocky and his team got us up and running after a long (6 month) and tedious repair process by a dealer. Long story short, we had upgraded axles put on our fifth wheel and when it was delivered back to us. The brake line had already shifted into the tire rubbing a hole in the line. No Brakes!!! So contacted Atlas. They had a Keifer (tech) over to me in a day to diagnosis repair. Part was ordered and was given an ETA for delivery. Unfortunately the ETA was for a Tuesday after a scheduled trip. To our surprise the part delivered early. Contacted Rocky that morning, let him know the part was in and if they some how could get it installed that day our trip could still happen. My Power Gear leveling system had an error and they diagnosed the problem as a faulty break on the passenger rear jack. They replaced the break and reset the system. It is functioning fine now.
